We drove out of our way to come back to BIBCO because we had such a great experience the first time. We were a bit disappointed this time. We loved the wheat beer at our first visit, served properly with an orange slice. And the pretzel board was so good. But the beer was not as good and the pretzel board has shrunk significantly, although still delicious. I still love the atmosphere, and the service is great. I would try another flight when I visit again.

Wandered in today with the kiddos for lunch before visiting the Air and Space Center! Wasn’t sure if it would be kiddo friendly as it is a brewery, and boy was I pleasantly surprised! The service was fantastic! The food was amazing!!! And as a Hampton Native, the view is unbeatable! Definitely give them a try wether you have the kids with you or not!Parking: The restaurant is directly below the parking garage so it is very convenient!

Beer is good. Food is good. The issue was with the cook. We were there tonight with a few friends to wrap up our fantasy football season. My friend ordered a chicken quesadilla. Eventually his food came out but it was beef not chicken. He really wasn't paying attention so started eating it. The cook came out a few minutes later in a threatening manner and told him "you know that's not your food. Your food is on the other table." It wasn't my friends fault someone brought my friend the wrong order. Also earlier the same cook came out (we didn't know it was the cook at the time) and asked us about our fantasy football trophy on the table. My other friend said he won it and $300. The cook pulled out a freakin pocket knife and pulled out the blade and said "Where's the money?" before putting the knife away. I wish I was kidding and we thought he was a random weird customer at the time. This guy should NOT be working for this place. One of the employees gave my friend (the one with the fajita) a business card for the manager but we didn't mention the pocket knife at the time because we felt weird. Don't think we'll be back.

This is the BEST BEER I’ve had in Hampton Roads area! Everything was perfectly on style. The Marzen, the stouts, the Belgian, the double IPA, the Mexican lager…these are very different styles, but they nailed them all! My favorite was the oyster jalapeño stout, but that’s probably because I was cold (in Nov) and it warmed me up.Parking: Free parking for brewery in the garage. It wasn’t busy on a Tuesday, but I don’t know about weekends.

Splendid location to spend an afternoon. Great views. Excellant service. Pretty good beer. And they have wine and even spirits now. Easy parking and access with the parking garage. Nice inside and outside seating. What's not to like!?Parking: Free, abundant, and right on top of the brewery/restaurant.

We stopped here for dinner tonight , love the vibe, the water view is beautiful , the appetizers we got was pretzel bites. Super delicious . Crispy, flavorful with good sauce . The mac n cheese was pretty good , off and on was cold on the inside but flavor wise it was good. My bbq sandwich was okay and my partner didn’t enjoy the roast beef sandwich . Overall experience wasn’t bad. I would come here for a beer and pretzels . The service was great for sure .

We went here on Labor Day weekend being mentally and time prepared to spend some extra time at a restaurant knowing that it may be busy. But, we ordered no problem and the woman was very nice. Problem was that we ended up waiting an hour for two meals and an appetizer. The app didn’t even come out when it was ready. It came when the meals did. Other guests were also very frustrated with having waited so long and it really was not even busy. By the time we left, it was closer to dinner time and it was starting to fill up. The waitress said it was because the oven was overloaded. But we would have happily still ordered beer and NO food if she mentioned that to us when we ordered since they knew what was going on. Waited an hour to get food and it wasn’t even worth the wait. And let me tell you, I was hungry by then so anything would have tasted good. But the burger needed seasoning and they didn’t give us silverware and didn’t give us one of our chips (which is prepackaged mind you so no time spend getting that ready). The two coleslaws had drastically different amount of Mayo in them and I assume those are already pre portioned and set out. So… half our food was pre made ready to go but it took an hour.. we knew it could be busy but that was ridiculous and they should have mentioned that when we were ordering instead of making it seem like everything was all good. Great view though!

Triple XXX was not a Belgian triple and your orange gose failed at producing enough lactic acid to be considered a gose. If you tried dosing your kolsch with lactic acid to make a gose, well you failed there too.
