If I could give a negative star I would I ordered the family $40 deal online order only. When I got done it was $59 some how. Figured I would check with them at the restaurant when I got there. When I got there my order was not ready. I was fine with that so I waited. There was a lady waiting as well while we were waiting the two gentlemen that were working started talking about how they didn't have turkey to make some subs. Apparently the lady had two subs that they could not make so they had to work with her to get her order right. Finally my order came up and they handed it to me and I asked the gentleman how a $40 family meal came out to $51.80 plus taxes and fees which brought my total to $59. He could not answer me it was like he didn't understand what I was talking about so he passed it to the other gentleman. He said give me 10 min he was working on the lady that was there before me meal. So I waited after waiting 40 min ai finally asked him if he was able to check out my order to see why it rang up at $51.80 instead of $40 so he proceeded to put my order in his register and when he rang it up it was $45 total so he tried again to ring it up he added extra stuff on the order and still was only $58 after taxes. I did order garlic butter dipping sauce so I guess that is an extra charge. Finally after about another 10 min of this I said don't worry about it and I could tell this guy was under a lot of stress due to the other guy wasn't holding his own. He finally offered me another drink. I took that and went home opened the boxes and went to eat and low and behold no garlic dipping sauce I ordered 2 of them one with each pizza so I technically paid roughly $12 for and extra 2 liter of doctor pepper. I would not recommend going here at all .

If I could give zero starts I would.As a family that values supporting local businesses, it's disheartening to witness the decline of Chanellons. Over the years, we've noticed a significant drop in both the quality of service and the overall experience.One of the most glaring issues is the consistently poor customer service. It's evident that they are understaffed, as there never seems to be enough people to cover a shift. This results in long wait times, both for pick up and delivery orders. On the rare occasion when there is a delivery driver available, the wait time extends to over an hour, which is simply unacceptable.Furthermore, it's frustrating to order online, only to receive a call shortly after stating that they are out of essential ingredients. This lack of inventory management reflects a lack of professionalism and organization within the establishment.Additionally, the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. It's evident that a thorough deep clean is overdue. The overall atmosphere is tainted by the unkempt surroundings and rude staff.In conclusion, this restaurant is in DIRE need of improvement. Hiring new staff and implementing proper cleaning protocols are crucial steps towards restoring its reputation as a local favorite. Until then, it's difficult to recommend this establishment to others.

Was the worst pizza my boyfriend and I have ever had. I also got the brownie and garlic knots, the brownie was okay and the garlic knots were like really chewy kinda like they were old and rewarmed. There was a nee employee that messed up my order, I paid for bacon on my pizza and didn't receive it, but the owner I guess was nice enough to offer free garlic knots the next time I ordered from there. Was extremely expensive for mid food. Was not satisfied at all and dreaded having to eat the rest of the food after we got it. Also paid for extra sauces and was given completely different things from what I ordered and paid for.

0 Stars, really!! STEVEN BROOKS who works on Todd's lane as well as this location, threatens workers in front of customers, steals from employees, they use the same pizza cutter on EVERYTHING! TAMMY (wannabe GM) snorts coke in the bathroom!! DO NOT GO TO THESE 2 LOCATIONS!!

Pizza tasted good.. but definitely wasnt wat i ordered. ? My whole order was wrong. Fries over cooked like a mfr. First impression was a complete disappointment. The cook was definitely off his game. Wont be back or recommend.??

It’s been a very long time since I’ve had a quality pizza, they had me at first bite! Our pizza tasted like someone cared about what they were making. Great to see this still exists and we will definitely make this our go-to pizza place. Also, it was nice to have a pizza that WAS NOT covered in grease!
