I order a large pizza from the chanellos on todds lane. When I opened the box there was a bug (looked like a small roach) in the box. I called the store to let them know and whoever answered the phone and other workers in the background laughed and basically tried to say I was lying. They told me they would bring another pizza if I gave them the one delivered back. I told him I threw it out but it's sitting on the top of my trash outside uneaten and I would give it to him. He extremely rude and when I asked who the manager was he said he was and when I asked who was above him he said none of your business and hung up on me. I called back to get corporates number and he wouldn't give it to me so I had to call another location to get the number. I then called backand when I asked what the name of the manager for that locatio. Was whoever answeres said marquis and hung up on me. This person also told me I was miserable because I kept calling. No I just spent $30 on a pizza that I can't eat and all they had to do was apologize and send another pizza. I will be making a complaint to the BBB.

I always LOVE Chanellos!!!! Best best Pizza and doesn't cost you an arm and a leg!!!! They have GREAT DEALS!!!! You don't compromise on taste for cost either! Crust is good, sauce isn't to tart, use REAL ingredients, even sliced garlic on their gourmet pizzas!!!!

I show up and half of my order is ready so I have a hot pizza and cold pizza. I always go to this location over driving to Kings St but I’m getting ready to start making that drive again.

I ordered a gourmet pizza and paid a premium price only to get home with someone else’s order. Then when I returned to the store with the wrong pizza. I received no apology not even offered a free drink while I wait again for my order to be remade. Should have take a refund instead. Going home and having to come back ruined my appetite. Will have to find another pizza eatery. Oh well.

Worst experience ever, will never order from here again. First the woman who answered the phone was rude and seemed as she didn't enjoy her job. Your problem not mine, find a new job if you don't like Chanellos. Received the whole wrong pizza and I don't eat pork! So I'm sure two people tonight are dissatisfied since the drive had two orders. I paid .90 each for ranch cups that were no where near filled. It literally takes 1 time to ruin an experience and Im sure if the woman who took my order didn't have such a disrespectful attitude my order would've been correct.
these people are amazing! customer service unmatched, they remade my delivery order when someone else picked it up and door dash couldnt help me. ive never had a bad experience but this one is the best ive had with any restaurant, dine in or delivery, in a long time:-) highly recommend!!!!

I called for a pickup and my 1 big boy pizza was priced at 43$ but a large with the same toppings is 23$ .. that is absolutely ridiculous. What made it even more ridiculous was when I called the chanellos on Hidenwood and priced the exact same pizza it was 30$ … that is poor service and basically robbery. I will not order from here ever again.
