This is the best Chick-fil-A location in all of Hampton Roads! The customer service here is spectacular, and they are some of the kindest people I have ever met. The food is always hot and delicious. Very clean restaurant too. I highly recommend!

This is the worst chick-fil-a they slowAs molasses and have a new lady in the front that don’t know what she doing at all and not to mention that they are prejudice pick and choose who they’ll stop serving breakfast to in the morning this the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant didn’t get to get my food because cashier didn’t know what she was doing and Ken G the manager he’s definitely prejudice

Went for a couple of Spicy Southwest salads and arrived 45 minutes before closing. Food was delicious and fresh. Servers were awesome & friendly. Although workers were already in cleaning mode for the dining room to close, we were able to eat at tables by the window and never felt rushed about dining or encroachment from those who were cleaning. Finished about 5 minutes after closing & the assistant manager was polite as he unlocked the door for our departure. Keep up that great customer service Chick-fil-A; you guys are unmatched. :)Parking: The Chick-fil-A parking lot is free and plentiful, and even if the store is busy, there's more parking on both sides. The only challenge is having to navigate thru all the cars from the drive-thru since this store is very popular for food on-the-go. However, the staff does a great job for those who choose to get to-go orders.

Waited in line for over 15minutes because they had 1 person taking orders on the other side of the building only to be 2 minutes "late" past 1030 and told I couldn't order breakfast but the person behind me, " oh not you miss Nicky, you're perfectly fine, order what you want." Unless you personally know the staff, don't bother coming here. Completely unprofessional.

Ordered a breakfast bowl a four count mini and a chkn biscuit and just did not get the biscuit after spending 30 minutes in the drive through since the girl taking the order just didn't listen. Also hash browns were cold.

Slow service, food subpar to other locations

Just left. Get home and see that Didn’t get my complete meal. I’m honestly just not surprised? This location stays not paying attention or doing their job.. why is there alway five ppl standing at the drive through window and nobody checking to make sure complete orders are being put into bags. Make it make sense. This is how it goes here, I’ve called before to complain about the lack of quality control happening at the window.. guess they do not care. Take the time to goto another location, this one is not it.
