I paid extra for guacamole and additional chicken on my order. Unfortunately, the guacamole was spoiled, and there was a minimal amount of chicken. It's disheartening that a company charging premium prices for guacamole would provide such subpar quality. I had to discard the entire meal, and it's unacceptable for workers to deliver this level of service to customers. This marks the first time I've encountered such an issue at Chipotle.

Chic-fil-A 100 MarketPlace Hampton VA This was the worse experience I’ve ever had a Chic-fi-a. I ordered a market salad with fried Chick-fil-A (cut up) with no apples. I received a salad with whole chicken filet and about 2 strawberries that was cut up into about 4 pieces in the whole salad. I returned it through the drive through and the attendant took it into the restaurant. The manager, Tammy, immediately returned it to me stating that I got what I ordered and proceeded to count the strawberries and stated I had 6 in the salad not four Who does that?!? Needless to say, it escalated to the point of her yelling at me. I asked for a refund. She was so unprofessional and disrespectful. I couldn’t believe it! I called corporate to complain.

Wife and three children went to chick fil A to get lunch as my daughter was half way into the sandwich when she noticed something blue. She pulled it out bringing to me what turned out to be a piece of plastic which had been cooked into the chicken breast. I contacted corporate office immediately and await a response

The Marketplace region of Virginia it depends what time you go. I think the morning crew slack and they’re A bit lazy and slow in processing and thinking. I ran into A error with the company. We will see how they resolve my issue with them. But the Chic Fil A in Virginia Beach and Norfolk, VA are the best locations to serve very quality hot food.
