Not only does this location get your order wrong, they don't allow re-fills on your drink. They attempt to make the City of Hampton the fall guy stating something about covid-19. That is extremely poor business practices, standing behind some out dated precautionary policy. The people are rude and short with their explanations. This is by far the worst franchise location in the US and I had my vehicle broken into once before at a different location. That was a bad experience but at least my order was right and the staff was friendly.

Fries were over cooked and brown. Employee said he could only give me 3 sauces with meal. I was asking for 4 sauces and have never had an issue at any other franchise. Went back for a drink refill and they said they don’t do refills… to add to it, the location is drive through only, so don’t go with the plan to sit down. Usually don’t leave reviews, but this was noteworthy, Chic fil a is usually the best!

Skip this location and go to the one 3 miles up the road. There is no dine-in, just walk up or drive through. Fries were burnt and they didn’t bother giving us drinks until we asked for them and then had to wait 10 mins at the pickup window just for them to say they don’t do refills.

Pretty shocked at how bad this chick fil a was. They weren't helpful, manager was standoffish, and I received skimpy portion sizes. I've never seen a flattened chicken patty at a Chick Fil A, this restaurant was the first time. All of the other reviews are accurate, try and go to another one nearby if you can.

Went to for breakfast, they made me and two others sit outside the window for 10 mins so we couldn't order off of the breakfast menu. I order a large of the waffle fries, mango tea, and chicken strips, they put two orders of large fries with that being said with all that they only gave me two sauce packets.

Went through drive thru got a mac and cheese and large sprite. Sprite didn’t taste good went through the window and just asked for a large water. The manager tells me they can’t give me a large water just a medium and i couldn’t get a refund but the water is free. I go to other locations all the time and get large waters! Make it make sense!
