BEWARE: Second time finding HAIR in my food in less than a month at this location.It’s a trash place to order food from this location but i’m not mad because minimum wage what can you expect when people aren’t being paid much.Also it’s either wait in line for 20-25 mins or order online for half a bowl because they are taught to skimp people who aren’t in person.Also the guy was right! If you order double meat, you’re getting a regular portion lol.

I ordered my food online and was told it would be ready at 7:10 so I got there at 7:15 and there was a bunch of people standing waiting to pick up their order. They have these shelves where they're suppose to put your order but they never utilize them prompting the line and wait to be ridiculous to get your food. The workers are rude and act like you're bothering them when trying to get your order when they can just put it on the shelves so you can grab and go. I didn't get my order till 7:37 and if i wanted to wait that long i would've just got in line. It's unprofessional and unclean and I will not frequent here anymore and I recommend the same.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would!!!Stood in a LOOONG line for them to tell me they couldn't make me a quesadilla unless I ordered on the app. Ain't no way!!! If this is true, they should have that posted instead of wasting ppls time waiting just to be turned away. Highly DO NOT recommend!!!

They don’t listen when you’re making specific requests for your bowls. Worst of all they also don’t listen when they ring you up and they don’t communicate well. I got no receipt and the entire experience was weird from start to finish.

Trash everywhere on the tables. You couldn’t even pay me to dine in. The only positive thing was the young lady at the register and she is the only reason for the 4 stars ? for service and overall 2 stars. Never seen a chipotle look like that in the sitting area. There’s more I can say but I believe this shift at this location can do better, hopefully by my next visit. I would gladly rate differently.
