I didnt order pizza here but had little ice-cream cup! It'a pricey! The places was crowded and seem fun but the games seem old and have not been upgraded for a while. Some games did not work.

Had my daughter’s birthday party yesterday and it wasn’t the best experience. Too many birthday parties at once; more than the staff could handle. Server was nowhere to be found; every time I needed something I had to go looking around to find her. Other parents couldn’t find a spot to sit, as it was that crowded.Chuck E never visited my daughter, which she was disappointed about. Pizza was good but cut into very uneven pieces. Some kids got a decent size while others got very tiny pieces.Server tried to rush us and get the payment taken because there was another party immediately after us. The birthday kid was supposed to be free, but they charged us. Didn’t even get a chance to look into my bill before paying, as the server was hurrying to set up for the next party. I think the management is to be blamed for this as they scheduled too many parties at a time, and also had back to back parties scheduled.

The lights, noise and chaos are a dream come true for a kid and hard for me, but this Chuck E Cheese is a great option on a cold day! The staff were great, welcoming and helpful! I was very happy with how clean the location was and games were in good shape, very few out of order signs. The food was also better than expected ? It isn't cheap, but it will absolutely be a revisit for special occasions in future.Kid-friendliness: Personal size pizza was good. The staff are so good about being patient with kids choosing their treasure prizes at the end - and confirming my kid was leaving with correct adult!

The food was good, it wasn't too crowded, and most, if not all, the games worked and were in good order. The food was fast, and the unlimited play cards with the ability to pause is excellent. My daughter loved it there, and we took seven pictures at the little booths. The drink area and our table were pretty dirty, and they still use straw dispensers with open straws; that's pretty gross. Other than that, it was a cute and cozy day on our little date.
