Ordered a alcoholic drink and it was potent. All I could taste was the alchole and none of the flavors. I might as well be drinking solid rum. Great for people who like the kick... but to strong for me. I asked them to remake it and have less alchole in the mix... the waiter came back and said they didn't know how to remake it and I said "just add less alchole" than the manager came out to me and said they couldn't change how the drink is made and it's to "confusing" to add less alchole. They asked me to switch my drink choice.. the thing is I always order this drink. It is my to go drink when I'm here... so I know how it was made today wad not following directions. I even had my aunt try it and she said it was a hard no for her too. They made it wrong and kept interrupting me in the movie to explain it was to confusing so I just told them to leave me be so I can enjoy the movie and that I just won't drink. I missed a few plots on the movie because they kept returning 3 times over the drink.In short... they made my regular go to drink wrong, acted as if it's me and not them and refused to remake it with less alchole, and kept interrupting the movie several times to explain its "confusing" to add less alchole.I come here often. About 4x a year. We also do dinner with the kids and normally it's a great time. After today I think it will be my last. I don't need to pay for a movie to be interrupted so many times and for them to accuse me of just not liking my regular drink as if I didn't know what I ordered and to stick to their guns and not alter it with less alchole.

I am leaving this 5-Star review strictly for the staff at this place! I bought the wrong day tickets and was unaware and nearly had a complete melt-down at the check in counter (yes, I'm that much of an emotional wreck) and called myself a dumb idiot. The WONDERFUL lady working the ticket counter immediately spoke with her manager and fixed us up with 2 of the same tickets for that day. Without me having to ask her because at that point I had stepped to the side to take some deep breaths. After the movie I thanked her again and she walked me out while giving me a pep talk, hugging me, and telling me to never call myself dumb again. I haven't experienced kindness like in this I'm not sure how long! I was absolutely touched and honored to have met her - what a sweet, amazing woman. Talk about going above and beyond!

The person working the ticket counter had a nasty attitude towards me and everyone else. The person taking the order acted like he didn’t want to be doing his job. Overall the food was okay, bonus points for it being hot. The portions and prices were not it. We payed 7.99 for 9 funnel fries with barely any powdered sugar. The seats are also very uncomfortable. The large popcorn is way overpriced for what you get. I could pay that same amount at regal and get 10x more.

Good movie theater overall. Sound quality was great and so was the food. Looks a bit outdated, guessing Cinema Cafe corporate hasnt gotten to this one yet. It took over 25 minutes for a server to get our food orders (red button was pushed). I wound up having to go find a server since one wasn't assigned to our theater. They were very apologetic and the food came out very fast. Would go to again though.

Place looks old and is outdated but it is a nice movie theatre. It's quieter than the huge theatres in the area and the food is awesome. Hidden gem for sure. The chicken nachos were great!

Staff very friendly came midday with kiddos, disappointed with long wait time for waiter to arrive. I actually had to walk out the theatre to find staff to ask if anyone was coming. The theatre was empty besides us but still if the button is pushed it should be answered timely especially since not packed at all. They were very apologetic but it makes me understand more why I go to the Edinburgh location but unfortunately the movie we wanted to see wasn’t showing at that particular location.. the waiter just told me that the buttons don’t work so they have to check in regularly. This seems like a simple maintenance fix. Please fix it. Respectfully! Thank the lord for your amazing staff or this could have took another turn for the worst!

While some staff members were friendly and prompt in attending to guests, others seemed disinterested and inattentive. This inconsistency in service detracted from the overall enjoyment of the visit.Another area of concern was the quality and variety of the menu items. While the concept of enjoying a meal while watching a movie is intriguing, the execution fell flat. The food options at The Cinema Cafe were limited and lacked diversity. Although this location isn’t updated with the new style chairs. I love the Old School chair vibes. They play good classic music as you’re walking the hallways. Customer service was great. I didn’t get freshly popped popcorn but it was a slow day, so understandable, I guess.

The servers took a really really long time to take our order. Food came out relatively fast, we got that before we got our drinks. Which took way too long for a pitcher of soda and a couple cups. The theatre room itself smelt like pee to be honest. Probably won’t be going back.
