My best friend and I went to cook out around 12:50-1. When we were ordering our food the younger female cut us off before we were finished. On top of that when I tried to order my milkshake she never responded through the drive through box. Once we got to the window she rushed us and she kept cutting me off whilst speaking. After I told her I was trying to order she got an attitude with me saying “well she said that was all but ight” then proceeded to rush me again. After all of this she gave me the incorrect shake. I was given a butter pecan shake instead of a Reese’s shake. This happened even after she double “checked”. I’m not mad about the shake it’s just that if I had an allergy to pecans it would have been bad. Thank the heavens I don’t. I wouldn’t go to this Cook Out again.
The short girl at the winder is extremely rude because when she handed me the food she said "here" like as in here is your good and leave. I am not coming back here anymore after I was treated like that.
