Upon recommendation, my daughter goes and loved this place, so I brought up my 2 year old granddaughter to Hampton for a visit with her aunt she took us to Crumble and showed the baby how to make her own cookies which she enjoyed. Haven’t gone to this location in forever and it really boils down to service and preparation. Morning crew never seemed to be enthusiastic to be there, always took at least 10 minutes to have the order ready, and often times would take up to an hour if they had any type of shortage or complicated cookies on the menu. I understand that the food service industry has its challenges but the Crumbl I go to in VA Beach rarely have these issues while working with 2-3 people crews. Would’ve loved to continue going to this location as the drive is pretty convenient as opposed to VA Beach but big changes have to happen. I never really saw any growth from this team over the 2 years I had visited.

I went in and asked about a gluten free options. I was was met with a rude response telling me they ain't got that. I understand not having it I am use to it but they could have answered me better. My son loves your cookies I was misinformed that yal had gluten free. It was also not very inviting walking in. I will no longer be buying yals cookies for my son. I usually work around my gluten allergy and get things for him because he does not have a gluten allergy, but he likes to eat out with his mom and when there is no option for me he tends to not go back.Dietary restrictions: They need better options for people who have allergies.
