Place was empty, should have taken the hint. Lettuce looks like it was thrown away and then unfortunately used on my burger. I asked for light Mayo, not the case it was loaded with Mayo. Fries were soggy. Will not return.

Ok so where do I start, we went here on the way home because my wife wanted the honey hot chicken sandwich, which was shit! Dried up chicken, Bull lettuce really disappointing, I got a Frisco Burger well...it should be a "House Burger" bread wasn't even toasted like what the hell man! Burger was dry, like they just gave us leftovers!! They only had 1 apple turnover, pretty sure they just didn't want to fix anymore Now I will say the young lady was nice, but that's all I have! I spent $26 freaking dollars for 2 Hot Honey Chicken combos,5 piece chicken tender combo and a Frisco burger not toasted! Never again!!

My order was incorrect and cold. I asked for a regular sausage biscuit combo and I was given a steak biscuit that was so dry I choked on it trying to eat it. My bacon egg and cheese was thrown together and hanging off the biscuit with just a half piece of bacon. I love Hardees breakfast usually but this wAS a major disappointment

Because they gave me 5 fresh chicken fingers and 5 refried chicken fingers with half cook fries. The only thing was good was sweet tea. Waited in drive thru over 10 minutes. No napkins or silverware to eat fries with bacon and ranch dressing.

Average fast food restaurant. Staff needs to learn to not all speak on the intercom at the same time. Makes it very difficult to hear what they are saying.

The last time I went here I went through the drive thru and a young man faked a British accent to me, but dropped it at the window?? Lmfao Today I went with my dad and we got, I think, the number 4 biscuits and gravy and a number 1 chicken biscuit, both with hash browns and a coffee and sweet tea. We took it to go, but when we got home the biscuits and gravy had been placed on its short side instead of top to bottom like a normal person would, so that the gravy was beginning to spill out. Note that the gravy came in a small cup with no lid? Why would you place it in there without a lid and then on its side? For it to spill out? For the biscuits to get soggy on our way out? And then they didn't even give me a chicken biscuit? It was sausage and it's fine with me because I was just hungry in general, but if someone with dietary restrictions or religious diets had came across this, I could imagine there would be an issue. The only other thing I could complain about today though was that the sweet tea was brewed wrong and gave off a bitter aftertaste mixed with the sweetness. Although I just complained about everything, I gave this place a 3/5 because of the quality of the food. My dad always enjoys their biscuits and gravy, the sausage patty was tasty, the biscuits in both are always a nice texture and fall apart nicely and usually their sweet tea isn't bitter.
