Ordered breakfast at drive-thru. Line was almost all the way to the entrance; however, it was quite fast to get through the line, order, and receive our food. Everything was right with straws, napkins, creamers, etc. Not many fast food restaurants get it all the way proper. And quick, efficient service! Good job!

Terrible Customer service. The Manager MOCKED me when I asked her "does Hardees always treat their customers this way?" I asked for the Customer Home Office number. Spoke to someone who said I would receive a phone call later in the day from a supervisor, however NO CALL . THEY ARE SORRY.
