The food is excellent. However, the service was very poor. Our server didn't get us drinks, refills, or the correct food we ordered. We had to request help from other servers and finally had to go to the counter to request our food to go. I had to wait longer for the final plate to be prepared. Horrible service.

I am so proud of the girl who was the waitress and cook. Honestly I was worried when I walked in to see only one worker but Talisa V did an outstanding job providing customer service and cooking my meal. She’s also the only person to tell me about the IHOP rewards program, and I’ve been going to IHOP at least once a week in another location and never once heard about this program. Hats off to Talisa for being such a kind human being and hard worker!

Where do I start? From the cook singing and having loud music playing to the multiple dirty tables, this place screamed of mismanagement. I cannot tell you about the food because we left when we heard the manager and cook talking about reusing the food from the table next to us that also walked out. This restaurant needs closed and retraining, restaffing should occur. It is not acceptable to have the cook singing inappropriate songs in a restaurant full of children and old people.

i made an online order that was supposed to be ready at 7:51am.. I arrive at 8am. tried to call as the instructions stated, sent to voicemail 3x. I get out to ask about my order since no one came to let me know what the hold up was, was told they were "waiting on my omelet" 30 MINUTES GO BY. no word, no updates, nothing. At this point everyone who ordered pick-up were sitting in the resteraunt waiting for their order. No apologies for the wait, No information on what was causing the hold up, nothing. Terrible customer service. I don't mind waiting and i'm a pretty understanding person, and definitely not the type to ever lash out on service workers but there was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION. i finally got my food and my omelet that they were waiting for (ALLEGEDLY) was the coldest item in my order so.. you know that means. 0/10, won't ever get a dime from me again.

Listen. I NEVER leave reviews during a negative experience. I do my absolute best to give establishments the benefit of the doubt but NOT TODAY. I’m writing this while in the parking lot after my experience. Ive been on earth for 30+ years and this is by far THE WORST DINING I’ve EVER had in my life. The staff is rude and every table was sat with no silverware. The manager is so sassy, he has no idea what’s going on and the staff spent more time giggling and gossiping then remaining attentive in regard to what the customers were asking. Many tables complained about their food being cold and ours was overcooked. My kids couldn’t even eat their food. Pancakes were served with no butter or syrup and again….no silverware. Our pancakes sat for 12m at our table just waiting on forks!! We weren’t asked once would we like a refill on our drinks. They need to fire EVERYBODY and rehire. These folks here at this location can care LESS about folks dining experience. People work TOO HARD to deal with folks like so at this location. NEVER spending my money with IHOP again. Will be complaining to corporate as well.

When we got there we were the second table there and that table already had there food. Service was slow, because things were constantly forgotten and was always to busy talking to the cook. She also served us our food burnt. The cook took ten minutes to even start our food. The cook burned our food and we had some of it remade. By the time we got our remade food back, the table that had just got there when I sent my food back, recieved there food before I got mine back. We spent almost $50 on our burnt meal. Don't go to this restaurant.

IHOP isn't what it used to be. These big companies need to pay their people better so they can have enough staff who want to work.Overall, the waitress was great, and she tried her best with the low staff. The kitchen, I'm not sure what they were doing because the food was not hitting on anything. I didn't even bother taking my leftovers home.
