I placed my order via the app at 8:26pm. The pickup time I was estimated was 8:41. I got to the restaurant at 8:45 and my order was not ready. I gave some grace but left angry. I did not receive my one sandwich order until 9:06. Meanwhile many walk in customers were in and out in less than 10 mins. Other doordash type pickup orders were even being prepared ahead of mine. After the long wait I was literally the last customer in the place. Why place an order for pickup only to wait longer than if I had just walked in. I could understand 5-10 mins or so past the estimated time but 25 mins is ridiculous for a pickup order. Additionally when they finally started to make my sandwich they told me they didn't have the bread i requested to make matters worse. I’d suggest they look into their processes to better prioritize pickup orders especially if they’re well past the printed time on the pickup ticket.

Purchased a Giant Jersey Mike Cheesesteak and a Giant Chicken Cheesesteak. Absolutely the worse cheesesteak I have ever had. I once had a cheesesteak at a truck stop on the turnpike and this was about the same quality. The filling was 70% onions and peppers. There was no more than 2 ounces of meat on the giant size that cost $16. That's over $110 a pound they are charging for the meat. I could not even taste the meat, all I could taste was onions and some gross tasting sweet peppers. There was very little cheese and the sandwich was doused with grease. I could not believe how busy this place is. This was my first time visiting the Hampton location and I will never go back or recommend. This is a chain restaurant with processed meat that does not even resemble chicken or beef steak. My friend and I both got diarrhea the morning after eating here. If you want your bowels cleaned, get a sub here; otherwise I would avoid punishing your tastebuds and gastric system.

My wife ordered our subs online and received a confirmation for the time that they would be ready. When i got there i had to wait for a hour for them to get our subs other people got theres and was in and out in 5 mins. I will be contacting there corporate team on this matter and will no longer be coming here.

Unprofessional I had to wait extra 20 minutes outside my online places ahead at 5:15! And I'm just getting it placed in my hands at 5:55pm. Why the one who cooked my sandwich....not the manager... not the kids at the front... but the one at the grill had to help sort out they gave me the wrong sandwich??? This is why it's hard to hire kids and no adults are around to supervise! I wanted my money back but it's cool the cook helped and I just won't ever go back again!

Horrible customer service on the day that I came in on Sunday, December 17. There were four workers sitting around just having a conversation among themselves and didn’t bother to take my order or even try to take my order. They were standing there having a casual conversation among themselves rather than taking my order. So frustrating I left and went to a different location. I would never come here again due to the customer service of the workers that were working that day on Sunday, December 17 at 2:55 PM. Whoever is the owner or the manager needs to talk to these workers about customer service.

this past weekend was my first time eating from jersey mikes and I was pleasantly surprised. the food was fresh and the employees were courteous and helpful especially Samir only thing thats missing is french fries! you get that & no sub place in hampton roads will stand a chance.

I have always heard great things about jersey mikes, but this is the first time I’ve been. Honestly, I wasn’t very impressed. I got 2 of the hot Philly subs, one chicken and one steak. Neither of them were bad, but they weren’t great either, just okay. For about double the price of subway I would honestly rather go to subway, or to another cheaper sub place that could probably give the same quality. Maybe their cold subs are better but it just seems to me like the food was a bit over hyped.
