It was late, but the drive thru was busy, and customers were steadily flowing through. I requested an 8 piece family meal. They told me it was a 15 min wait and all they had was extra crispy. UGH! I know it was probably close to closing time, but the corners that were cut were unacceptable. I don’t typically order the extra crispy chicken. Now, I understand why. It was hard, greasy, over-salted, and uncomfortable to chew. I was ok with waiting alone in my car in a dark parking lot late at night to feed my family, but what I got after the wait was subpar to say the least. KFC used to be a reliable go-to for a quick and convenient meal. It is no longer on my go-to list. There are too many alternative restaurant choices available to accept this level of mediocrity.

They need to close this location. Customer service is horrible. Placed an order online the order should've been ready in about 25-30 minutes I got there and waited in the drive-thru line and they said they hadn't cooked the chicken yet and it'd be another 17 minutes I said ok left and came back in 20 minutes the cashier said the fryer isn't working and they can't cook the chicken or issue a refund.

Super disappointed with my visit at this particular KFC !!! Absolutely No human contact At All !!! No one acknowledges you. You place your order on the screen. You put your name, which they Don't use. When your order is Finally ready, they call it instead of the name that is required when placing the order. When you tell them Thank You and You Appreciate them. They just turn and walk away !!!! Like You are an inconvenience !! Then after we got home, the Large fries we ordered had less fries than a small fry from McDonald's !!! The Large Mac & cheese is just over half way full !!! I am 59 yrs old !! I'm old school !!! I expect things to be just as great as it was back then. KFC should be embarrassed !! There hasn't been a decent store in many yrs !!! It's all run by kids who have No Idea how to behave in a business.

The good: Staff were friendly and courteous.The bad: At lunchtime there was no one inside the restaurant which should have been a clue. There was no one at the counter to take orders so the drive-in person came over to get my order. The fried chicken was dried up and pieces small. The bones were black so it had been frozen, not fresh.I wish I knew there was a Popeye's less than a mile away...

Order a 12 piece tinder meal was asked to wait 5 minutes they were cooking tinders got almost home and no gravy in the bag went back got the gravy got home to just find put that the biscuits were hard a rock tinders were old and dry mash potatoes was not mixed all the way and still had powder In them and they never answer the phone place is trash employee's are rude and ghetto will never go back

Thought I would enjoy some KFC mid lunch time. Nope. Got my order through drive thru and I start to drive and I opened my straw and looked down at my drink—ANTS all in my drink! Disgusting! I’m so glad I looked before consuming it! So I turned right back around and went inside to notify them that there was ants in my drink. Not one-but about 10 just floating to the top. The manager was nice about rectifying the problem and offered me a bottle of water. She even look disgusted herself. Honestly just be weary and observe all your purchases!

This KFC has done it again. Friday night at 6pm, order an 8 piece meal original recipe and am told they don’t have any chicken ready??? Say what?? I had to wait for 18 mins to have them cook up some. And then the mashed potato’s were runny.I could understand if this was a one time thing but it has happened on multiple occasions. Oh well- no more KFC for us.

If I could give you guys 00 I will give, went to drive thru the cashier name Irene very rude she shouldn't work in that kind of job its not fit on her attitude. Looking around there kitchen thru the windows it's very nasty and dirty. Never ever buy again

I asked for a three piece. I got a 4 piece, and my boll reflected that. The crisp chicken, once again tasted so very over cooked and burnt. The diet Pepsi I got, was barely drivable. I would avoid KFC at all costs. Probably one of the biggest failures I've reveiwed. The chicken was just plain horrible. I tore of most of the burnt breading to get to the meat.My dog cowed down on the burnt crust. I gave up on Bojables for this same thing.

Just left, spending just $12.+ for a quick lunch. Unlike my usual $60ish for my family.It wasn't busy at all. The food was hot and fresh. The front-end cashier was also doing the drive thru, yet she was still very polite.Actually, it was a good KFC experience since moving to Virginia.The sweet iced tea needed sugar.The sign "We no longer give refunds, for unsatisfactory food, let us make it right." If I spend $50-60+ and my food is not satisfactory? I do, however, want a refund, as my spirit LET ALONE my appetite would be gone.I understand wanting to make it, right??BUT ... I believe that should be automatic, just my opinion.
