The store Mgr was doing a interview and noticed that we had been waiting for our order she got up from the interview and went to check on that order herself, thatWas not only customer service, but customer care at its Best,the order was Hot and Fresh, thankyou to the Mgr and her staff for making our experience pleasant, they certainly need to be Recognized, Also Very Clean!!!

We were asked to pull around from the drive thru to wait for our food. After a few minutes our food was brought out. We checked the bag and some food items were missing, so my husband went in to get the rest of our order. After waiting at the counter, he comes back, and we make sure we have all of the food we ordered and realize we still are missing a meal. My husband goes back in for the 2nd time and asked for a receipt. He was told that he couldn't get one. He told the employees behind the counter that he had just spent almost $50 and he wanted a receipt, because we got bags of food 3 times, and still did not have it all. There was a really nice girl at the first window that did print a duplicate receipt. We were finally able to get everything we ordered. By the time we were able to eat our food, it was cold. I did really like the dessert, funnel cake fries. They are the bomb, although they weren't very hot anymore. This store is in desperate need of better employees on the weekends.

There was a guy throwing up in the kitchen . When we brought it to the attention of the staff they acted like it's normal...Then contacted corporate and they wrote a letter saying they will try harder . That place is terrible don't go there .

Worst one will never go back I asked specifically for my chicken to be made fresh. I went through a back-and-forth debate with the worker I placed my order I was told to wait by the front door they would bring it out I waited for 22 minutes. No one ever brought me my food i know for a fact it takes 16 minutes to drop I went and asked where my chicken was and it was sitting in the warmer. I then proceeded to request for my money back and walked out. I will never go back.

I've been here 4 times and it's always the same thing. The portions are not even close to being a serving size. When you order a famous bowl or even a three peace box the either give you crumbs or shrunk wings. Manager should take way higher regards to there services. Doesn't put customers first like they should. Please retrain management. They need it.
