I had the most unpleasant experience at the register. An older lady was running the register, and she was Quite possibly the rudest person I’ve ever been served by. The attitude she exuded as I was simply placing my order was shocking. I have never felt more hated. I hope someone with this business actually reads reviews and makes sure she either gets some coaching on appropriate customer service or relieves her of register duties. It was very off putting to be treated like that.

I stopped to purchase 2 donuts because it had been a while since eating some. I was surprised by the significant reduction in size of the donuts especially in comparison to the increased cost. I see no value in purchasing donuts from Krispy Kreme any longer. Disappointed

We wanted the Chocomania dozen of Hershey chocolate donuts, but they didn't have enough to make a dozen. So, we then decided to get an assorted dozen and wanted to include 4 of the Hershey's chocolate donuts that they did have. We were gonna be charged $21.00 for that dozen, because the Hershey ones cost 40 cents more per donut to add to our assortment. So, we ended up just getting only donut a piece. That was CrAzY!!! Your loss Krispy Kreme!! Oh, and also, 2 employees were sitting out at the tables doing nothing while we were in there and only a young guy at the register and a young lady were actually working in the back. Perhaps that's why there wasn't any Hershey's chocolate donuts made.
