I am very upset with my experience here. A few weeks ago, I ordered pizza for myself and co workers before our lunch break. Then showed up at the time it said it would be ready. And the website said it hadn't even been started. So we waited and wasted our entire lunch break waiting on the pizza that didn't get put in the oven (according to the website pizza tracker) till an hour after it should have been ready.I checked back at 11pm to see if the tracker had said it was finished or not and it still said in the oven after they had closed. I'm mad about my wasted money and time. I've tried reaching out to them multiple time and no response yet. I think I'm just going to have to show up in person to talk about a refund.

This place should close, several people waiting for their food who ordered before I got there. I witnessed an employee complaining the whole 25 minute wait I was there. He was rude to the customers and said he quit and doesn't work there anymore. He was obviously frustrated and had enough. The owner and manager needs to fix this asap. No customers no business!

A place to order to be picked up by 12:00 I did not get my order until after 12:30 I needed to be at the school to see the children by 12:30 during their lunch time the employees were in the back fussing and cussing each other out. Customer service at the Mercury boulevard location was not on point

Words of wisdom, if you’re coming to this restaurant and you are not here 30 minutes from closing time you will not get your food! Unfortunately, I did not think to take pictures until after the fact, but there were at least 10 to 12 people who were unable to get their food this evening from this little Caesars location, including myself some who may have already ordered ahead of time others who were there to pay and order, but we’re unable to do so, because the staff members lock the doors and hide in the back. Nobody came up front to acknowledge anyone, and at the time they closed, you could see the person through the side window, grab all the food that was for pick up and take them to the back another employee was seen walking out the back door with food taking it to a car that was parked on the side of the building which I have a picture of. I also have a video which I will be posting so I can share this deplorable behavior. I understand it’s a Friday and you may wanna go home but just as I have to do at my job if a customer walks in 30 seconds before I close I provide them the same service as I would the first customer!

Waited more than TWO HOURS past the quoted time for my food to be ready. Kids are hungry at home and you money hungry jerks can't even quote an accurate time. Then your workers are cussing at people while I'm on the phone with my husband. There were pizzas sitting on the table to go out, but nobody was doing anything because most of the employees were stoned out of their minds and/or screaming obscenities at people.Never did get food. Ended up getting a refund.
Worst location I’ve ever been to. Pizza puffs are pizza frisbees, and the pizza is always cut horribly.

Get a new staff ASAP. Loud music playing. I orded the cheese pizza puffs. Get home. Take a bite right into some pork !!!!! I DONT EAT PORK !!!!!! AT ALL. EVER. this is serious to me !!!!! When I went back to get it replaced I was handed the cheese kind. No cheese on the inside or garlic and herb. First and last time. The type of staff you hire for your company is important. Y'all got a good thing going and employee young folk that do not care ......

Placed a lunch order 25-30 minutes before I got there and my food still wasn’t ready. Waited 15min, then offered a customer my order due to me having to leave. Placed a second order 30 min before arrival, waited another 15 min before being helped and was then given the wrong food.

Horrible! Placed an order for 4 small pizza puffs at 9:00. I get there at 9:20 they tell me the man was making them now and it was going to be a 15 minute wait. I went and sat in my car for a couple of minutes.. then I went back up to the window and they tell me they have to cancel my order because they ran out of puffs! She said she just gave the last puffs to the customer that that just left! They gave my order away to the people standing in line while I already had ordered on the app 35 minutes before! Also, The line was extremely long. They ended up telling the other customers 10 minutes later that they weren’t making any more food because they are short staffed! I will never come back to this horrible establishment. I will travel all the way to Newport News before I eat at the one here! Ridiculous! Called my sister and told her my experience and she said they always do that and they suck.
