Repeated bad food. They just scraped onions off the burgers and serve it to you anyway they’re so busy and they’re having fun and partying and eating but they don’t have time to serve. The customers sat in the window for 25 minutes. They forgot my food and forgot I was even there when I went in and complain they act like it was my fault , terrible service and food is terrible too

Order a sausage and cheese biscuit during a not so busy time. Get a steak and onions only on a biscuit. Turn around and return it. They give me a sausage biscuit only. Funny have time to turn around again. They suck. No leadership. People just looking busy doing nothing. Pathetic.

I never give bad reviews so this is definitely the first. They literally get my order wrong every single time. I’ve ordered on the mobile app, through the drive thru and instore and it will always be wrong. Sometimes it’s the sauce missing, wrong sauce given, or just the wrong product. They are always out of coke and Dr Pepper, plus I’ve seen the employees arguing so many times. They are unprofessional and lack the proper knowledge and training they need to make basic orders. They need some major improvements.

You cannot simply order your food here, receive it and leave there will be some type of issue. They will mess up your order. It will be delayed for a large sum of time or will be cold. If you are reading this, please make a trip to the next nearest McDonald’s if you truly want to just buy food and go home. also, they will have an attitude with you for coming to a food establishment and ordering food.

Update: Jan 2024. Placed a mobile order since I live 5 minutes away. I had not been in a while a decided to get a meal and update my review, I was hoping to give them a better review but the meal was worse this time than last.It was 8:30pm and there were no customers inside or drive thru when I arrived. I ordered 2 quarter pounders because they are supposed to be cooked fresh. NOT! The quarter pounder burgers were sitting in a tray precooked in the prep area. The grill was covered so it was obvious they precook everything ahead of time at night and microwave it. The fries were absolutely horrendous. They had to be under the heat lamp at least 30 minutes before they were served. I guess I should check and never order when they are not busy. The fries were luke warm at best and were sitting so long they had the texture of leather strips. I never had french fries that were like chewing a piece of meat before. After 2 years, this is still one of the worse places to get fast food in Hampton.Previous review from 2022:This used to be a good location but things have changed. Went there at 8pm and they were not busy at all. Ordered a Crispy Spicy Chicken meal. Fries were placed in a bag while they waited 5 minutes for my sandwich to cook. Needless to say the fries were cold and greasy. McD's fries are great hot but they metamorphosize into some unknown matter when they turn luke warm or cold. They have the texture of worms and the taste of motor oil when they are cold.All I can say about the Crispy Chicken is McDonalds should stick to the burgers. Only crispy part was on the ends where there was breading without chicken. The chickens was more like a rubber chicken and although it was not bad tasting, it did not taste anything like chicken. How does McDonalds take a breaded chicken breast and give it an entirely different taste. The taste was okay, I just could not tell what it tasted like. Only thing I can think of is they fried 20 different types of food in the deep fryer and the chicken absorbed all those flavors from 20 varieties of food.They must be paying their employees really well because prices have gone through the roof in last two years. All the meals will set you back about $10 -- for fast food!! You can get a dinner at Cracker Barrel with three sides for about the same price as a McD meal.

I've been sitting in drive through for 15 minutes and haven't moved forward at all. I don't know why I keep placing orders on your mobile app or coming to McDonalds period. The app is supposed to make things faster but it doesn't help at all. If I wait in pick-up parking spot, it takes longer than the ridiculously long drive thru. Last time I went inside, they didn't even have anyone at the register and when asked they yelled at an elderly women to use the kiosk. Other customers were helping the poor woman but she was paying cash and it wouldn't go through. She ended up leaving with no food after 20 minutes and 2 other people left too because they couldn't get anyone to help them. I wasn't even supposed to be inside but had been sitting in parking spot forever to get my food. Willow Oaks and Buckroe are just as bad. Rude, orders are usually missing items, cold when I get them. I've called the complaint number several times and someone called me back once and were no help at all. I spent 30 dollars to save time, but I could've gone to the grocery store, made breakfast and cleaned up the dishes by now, for a lot less money. The ONLY reason that I even try is because this is something I have always done as a treat for my grandkids when they stay the night with me and they look forward to it. But service, time and food have gotten worse and worse. I keep hoping it will get better but it's worse every time
