To begin, our bacon cheese burgers had 1 piece of bacon. The fresh fries and nuggets were good, though! Tables were left dirty our entire time there. An employee was the only other guest eating in the dining room. My wife and I sat with our niece, who is a toddler, and listened to the staff loudly complaining about their jobs and repeatedly cussing. Also, the bathrooms do not have paper towels. Which means that when folks are finished washing their hands, they are required to touch the flilthy door handle.I understand that hospitality has gotten much harder over the years and empathize with management, as I, too, work in hospitality. The lack of regard for customer service was inexcusable. All of this on a Saturday evening...when volume should be expected.

I'm usually not one to take time to leave a review but the service here was so horrible that i fell compelled to leave one.Came in and ordered just a coffee and fries off the kiosk. They literally forgot about us and only when I noticed that they're fulfilling orders that came after us did i notice this. They made the coffee ad box without the specifics of cream and sugar. The fries were not the usual fries.They were sloppy and unapologetic.

Pulled up at 910pm... doors locked. Dining room is listed as 10pm. The lady behind the counter didn't even acknowledge my existence at the door. Not going through the driver thru on a motorcycle.
