I loved coming here for lunch or a fresh meal. My recent experience here was so cold and very distasteful. The lady on the line was very short and rude with me. I also asked if they had a water cup and she lied and said no when I clearly saw other customers (white) with multiple water cups who also just used the water at the soda fountain.

This place is horrible, found a piece of metal in my falafel that i BIT into. i call this place and no one answers, i literally could’ve choked or seriously hurt myself and not one person answered the phone. NEVER AGAIN

I love fresh Med food. This place hit my stomach just right, even my Great Dane liked tastes of my veg. bowl. I will try the eggplant topping next time!Vegetarian options: Their mix of flavors in their vegetarian options and fresh real food are worth trying
They never attended to us, the lady spent half an hour talking on the phone and there were too many people waiting, according to her, she had no help to attend to what bad service that place had.

I should've known but hey I'm a glutton for punishment. The employee behind the counter got so upset that I didn't understand her because she does have a heavy accent, remind you my dad is from Puerto Rico and my mom's family is from Kingston Jamaica, with that being said I'm used to trying to make things out as far as their broken English and being patient while doing so. The young girl behind the counter got so enraged that I couldn't understand her and after a few words she literally threatened to call one of her family members to the store to "whoop my a**" I've never seen this level of unprofessionalism!!! The kicker is I used to manage this place way before she was thought of.

What would have made this a 5 star for me was all the fresh ingredients that can be put into the bowl. There are so many that I could eat there everyday for a yr and have a different combination of flavors. What impressed me is on the back of their menu was a list of all their food choices with whether it fits a food allergy type or fits a particular diet type. I think those who have family members who have food issues this gives them a places to go with a variety of flavors..despite their food concerns..that makes this a 5 star to not have a food issue and not have to eat bland foods..however, they were out of stuff, dishes were stacked up by trash can, and they had no ice for drinks.

I got a pita wrap off a door dash. Was very good. I got a couple of sauces on the food and they put them in cups on the side, which was nice in retrospect cause the pita didn't get soggy on the way here.
First time eating here. Placed a to-go order online and picked up in store. I ordered a stuffed pita but recieved a wrap instead. The lettuce in the weap was soggy & the chicken was PINK! I didn't even notice they messed up my order until I got home and unwrapped it. I am very disappointed and feel like I wasted my money on a meal I couldn't eat. The wrap went in the trash after seeing every piece of chicken was pink. Will not be a returning customer and wish I could just get a refund.

I love the food.You need employees that understand English on evening shift. They always run out of eggplant which is also not prepared like the chef instructed. I opened the restaurant and was fired for making too much food at night and when I cut back I ran out of food SMH.

Upon entering the smell of fresh food and the environment is very inviting. I was helped by a woman who didn’t seem to understand what I was saying, but that was remedied by using a menu. The food was ok. However, my card was charged for a tip that I did NOT approve to my card, so I will not be returning.Edit: So I was asked to send an email to resolve my issue. My email was never responded to. So I was stolen from and lied to.

Mezeh has new drinks and they are AMAZING. The Mandarin Cardamom tastes like Zen. And the Peach tastes like a pie. You have to try!!
