Currently sitting at a table and have been waiting for over an hour because they forgot to put our order ticket in. When my husband asked about our appitizer the server was very nonchalant about their mistake. Even was offended when we asked to have the appitizer comp'ed because we had been waiting for over 45min. Very disappointed as I see all the other tables receive their food after only about 10 minutes. I may never come back to thus establishment very poor experience.

This was my first time trying Indian food, and it exceeded my expectations! I had the butter chicken (got spice level 1, could have gone up a level though). The spouse got the tandoori chicken, which was also delicious. We split a bread basket, which included 3 flavors of naan. Our entrees came with a large bowl of rice that they refilled for us once. Everything was delicious and portion sizes were great. We had reservations for 6:30 on a Saturday night. Our table was ready for us on time, but service was a little slow (our server did warn us in advance when we ordered our appetizers). It took an hour and a half to get our entrees, but everything was so fresh that we quickly forgot about the wait time. We'll definitely be back, but probably not at the busiest dinner hour on the weekend.

Everything always tastes fresh. Spice level is on point. Professional servers. Appropriate dining music. One of our all time favorites in the area.

I've eaten here & gotten take-out many times. Not sure what's wrong with the Crispy Samosa I ordered yesterday... truly disgusting! Someone needs to do quality check before the food leaves the kitchen. I'm waiting on a call back for a refund.

I’m new in town, and as an Indian American, sometimes I want to eat Indian food that I haven’t cooked. Most recently, I ordered the mattar paneer and gulab jamun and enjoyed the meal. I try to visit this place once a month and always enjoy my visit.

My absolute favorite indian spot in Hampton Roads. The garlic naan is delicious! I love their lamb biryani. It's so tender and delicious. I usually get takeout, but I went and sat in for lunch one time. Our server was nice, and everything came out fresh and hot. Relaxed dress code, nice atmosphere, well decorated, and clean.

Food was excellent! Service was quick but our server was not very friendly and didn't offer much info about the menu.
Authentic taste and smell. Good ambience. Language is a barrier, however. The lamb I had didn't seem fresh; my favorite is the goat.

I wanted to leave a review on Google for this restaurant, but unfortunately I had a negative experience that overshadowed the good food they served. Despite being informed that they had Wi-Fi, I was refused access to their guest network. This left me disappointed and frustrated, as I had expected to be able to use the Wi-Fi while enjoying my meal. While I genuinely loved the food, this incident has left a sour taste in my mouth and I don't think I will be returning to this establishment in the future.
Great Indian/Nepali food ? with awesome customers service highly recommend. I will be coming

Had a great experience at Monsoon! First time ever trying Indian cuisine, and I have to say it was wonderful! Staff was fast, courteous and knowledgeable about the menu.

My wife and I finally decide to try Monsoons. Monsoons is a Indian restaurant near the back of Hampton Town center. We we warmly greeted, and seated immediately. My wife ordered the chili chicken appetizer (level 3) and butter chicken. The appetizer arrived relatively quickly . The food was good, hot and spicy!

Tonight was my first night visiting. I ordered the Tandoori chicken, Naan Bread Basket and an appetizer: Kebab Special. Let me say this EVERYTHING is A+ I can't wait to visit again soon ? Def made my anniversary a night to remember. We were the only ones dining tonight. To me that was perfect. The establishment definitely fits my vibe. Led waterfall vibe, Buddhas, very Zen, waiters were very chill always ensuring everything was okay.

I have been here multiple times. The service is always SO SO slow and the food is mediocre. I keep trying to give this place a chance, but I always continuously disappointed by the service.
