This place is barely open the time listed on the door for opening is incorrect they open whenever they feel to and they very inconsistent. Won’t be visiting again hate to say that because it’s a black owned business but this is why it’s hard to support our own people.

This place is not consistent. I've been a few time. two of the times I ordered the curry chicken. The first time it was good, but this last time it was wayyyyy to hot. I was unable to eat any of the chicken or rice because of how spicy it was so it was a waste of money.

In town working for the week, so needed a lunch spot close to the project site.. saw this place when visiting tropical smoothie in the same plaza. It caught my eye and it being Ash Wednesday, I knew today would be the best day to visit to avoid eating meat. I also enjoy trying different Vegan spots, as I don't consistently eat that way, but I love all food! I originally was going to order a black bean burger, yet the red bean burger was suggested and I always go with suggestions when somewhere new. It did not disappoint at all! I ate every single bite and felt full and satisfied after. I topped it with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and the creamy bbq sauce that was also suggested. Very impressive menu, so I will be back as I saw several items I wanted to try!

Didn’t receive my order. When I called the restaurant the employee who picked up was rude and said I was lying. She had an attitude from the moment she picked up the phone.Food was mid. Will never order there againEdit: by the owners response it’s clear why the employee was so rude. This sort of unprofessional and rude behavior clearly starts at the top. The food quality has definitely fallen by the wayside of late. Also, the restaurant needs a face lift. For a small space, it could look a lot more presentable and don't get me started on that dirty curtain leading to the kitchen...The food is very salty of late, and why is it hidden in the back corner in the semi-dark where you can't even see it??? I think that darkness is why I found a piece of plastic- wrap mixed in my cabbage the last time l was there!This spot is closer but I rather make the hike to MP; their food is displayed right where you can see it so that you can make a good choice of what to get. They're also opened earlier and their jerk sauce not only tastes better and has more flavor, it isn't only made of pepper.I really used to like palm tree but if they don't raise their standards they're not gonna see me back.
I had the vegan oxtail with yams and red beans with rice. I also had a vegan chicken sandwich w cheese and fries. Everything was well seasoned and just tasty. The texture went well with the imitation. They let me try the tomato bisque which was equally flavorful. Thank you for an excellent experience.Food-excellent. Service-well it was good, server was multi tasking, the place is small. Atmosphere- its nice its is not elegant or trashy, it's clean, colorful and upbeat.

we had the ox tail and the crab cake veggie versions. I have to admit the food was delicious and satisfying. The veggie side were good too. All the food was generously apportioned. Definitely worth a repeat visit!

I'd ordered from this place because this is the cuisine I grew up eating. With that said, this the third time I've ordered from this restaurant, the first time I was a little disappointed because the white rice was undercooked and well as the pease in the rice and peas being very hard. My kids enjoyed the stew chicken and my wife enjoyed her snapper. I ordered curry shrimp, even though it was very spicy it was still good. The second time we ordered everything was delicious, it was a big improvement from the first time. Now this third time, I got spoiled white rice with my curry shrimp meal. The smell was covered by the curry, but it was impossible to not notice after taking a bite and almost throwing up. I tried calling and I kept getting a busy signal. I wouldn't recommend anyone order from here, there's no excuse for that to have happened
