Just wanted to say that when I went to pick up my carry out order, one of the young men working there gave me my pizza (quite promptly, I should add) opened the door for me, and then when I reached my car, I noticed he had waited until I got there to go back to work, making sure I’d gotten across the lot safely. I thought that was very sweet.The pizza was also good!Thanks white-hoodie guy!
I just ordered pizza from the store while I was purchasing it I watch the young man rolling pizza dough with no gloves and playing with his cell phone and went back to making pizza dough with no gloves they need to check up on that

This specific Papa John's store needs a little help. We ordered on the app for pickup and when the food was supposed to ready I went to the store to pick it up. They weren't even aware of the order. There was another customer in there who was also waiting for their pickup order and the employees had only made half of her order. It was a very busy night but it seems like the employees just had no idea about how to efficiently get orders out. There was no discernable system to get from "order received" to "order out". 2 customers came and ordered at the register while I was waiting for my food (that the app said was already complete) and received their orders before I received mine. The food was what you expect from any Papa John's. It was good, but the absolute train wreck that is the service there is really disappointing.

This is the worst Papa John’s is the area. Their customer service sucks!!! The guy that works there was yelling at me bc he couldn’t find my name in the computer which remind him that we called and paid over the phone. But long story short they put it in the wrong name. So yelled at me and it’s their fault. Just not acceptable at all. Very disappointed and will never go back there!!!Vegetarian options: Need more options

This is the only Papa John's I order my food from. When I order from the other ones, they always seem to get something wrong. The manger name David always smile and speak and repeat my order back to me making sure it correct.
