They don’t serve through main door (keeping lobbies closed), we had to go through driveway waited for 30 mins and when we got there they told order is not ready so we have to wait for it and get back in line to pick it up.Employe who works there refuse to gave her name , there were dashers who wanted to check if order is ready but she asked them to stand in drive thru lane and said thats how it works. Would not recommend.

I work next door to this location,always observed them from far ,, get an info from inside ( an x employee) place is going down hill,bad management bad employees, well it's a franchise!!
Called in order. They called said they couldn't cook wings. It was suppose to be ready at 4. Didn't get it for 30 min.

I called in an order at 4:44 pm. Was told 45 mins. When I got there. Paid for it. WLked to my truck. Drove 1.2 miles got it home it was not even hot. Also got an order of bread Stix, and marinara frig cold. I always loved Pizza hut, but this order. I just might have to re-think my pizza.

Ordered 149.88 worth of pizza and wings here for me and friends for the Football game. Waited a hour after they took my money for delivery driver to call and say restaurant was closed. Called for a refund for the second time, just to be told they don’t have the calm number for the first time called to dispute the charges. Now I am going through my bank to get my money back. I am at the restaurant now and it is still closed. They knew this place was closed and still took a payment for food. Trash!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hit or miss with this location. When it's good... It's GOOD ?When it's bad... It's really BAD ?I ordered 2 original pan pizzas and the dough was anything but pan. It's like they were trying to pass some other dough off as pan. This isn't the first time either. Please stop doing this ?I'd rather you tell me y'all are out of pan crust. I felt cheated!!
