The front end young man was the best Popeyes employee I have ever had the pleasure to meat at a fast food restaurant. He checked every box with the highest scores. As always the food was great. The restaurant was very clean. It was cleaner than the past cleanliness. If someone from Popeyes is reading g this, the people at this restaurant should be paid more.

My husband is Hispanic and currently working for DoorDash on the weekends. Today he visited the 67 W Mercury Blvd location in Hampton Virginia and they deliberately ignored him for 30 minutes while in the store. The store employees would only speak to individuals of their own race. As a result, he had to cancel the order with DoorDash and report the location. This location is racially discriminatory!

The biggest problem with this spot seems to be the same with each one. It always takes 40 minutes for me to receive my food. The inside never feels the cleanest. But the crew is normal polite as I wait for my food.
Waited more than 5 minutes waiting to order, not because of a line. No sauce offered or provided. Bottle of water (additional $0.10) was covered in grease. Trash location. I will avoid this location.

Ordered a 12 piece chicken only original only to find out once I was home that I was missing 2 pieces, leg and thigh. Horrible! Did not know I need to count the chicken before leaving. No greetings, no thank you and she had to ask me my order again after 2 minutes!

We went here a few days ago and got that awesome chicken sandwich, but for some reason, at the Langley Square Shopping Center in Hampton, Virginia location, it wasn't very good at all that day. The bread was smuched, and the chicken didn't have its wonderful sauce on it like it usually does. I was very disappointed that day. It was not up to its standards!
