I have came from Chesterfield to this place on 3 different occasions for BRUNCH and ALL 3 times they stated they were out of grits. How do you run out of grits and some of your MAJOR entrees include it!!! I came for the Gumbo Grits, it’s poor management??♀️… and then the waitress was a smart butt and rushing me as if I were holding her up because she didn’t have what was on the menu. I won’t be back and I won’t recommend anymore as I use to.

Our inaugural visit to Pour Girls restaurant in Historic Hampton exceeded expectations. Housed in a 19th-century building, the ambiance was captivating. Our server was both attentive and amiable, ensuring a delightful experience. The wine pour was generous, and the Brussels sprout appetizer, adorned with bacon, was simply irresistible. For mains, I savored the flank steak while my wife indulged in the Pour Girls taco, both impeccably prepared. Our dessert, strawberry shortcake, was the perfect finale to a superb meal. Needless to say, we eagerly anticipate returning to this enchanting establishment and wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

My friends and I went here for brunch this morning, and the attitudes from the staff were HORRIBLE. Even when the manager/owner got involved, she seemed to not take our issues seriously. We waited about 30 minutes for 4 slices of bacon and found out later that they had intended to charge us extra for them even when we said the sausage was not to their liking. The server brushed us off and acted like she didn't see us multiple times and the kitchen staff scoffed in our face when we said we had already said we didn't want the bacon after waiting so long. This place is extremely unprofessional, and I did not feel like a valued customer dining here. Maybe it was because it was a table full of POC because the other brunch party of 6 next to us had extremely better service. If you are a WOC planning to go here with the girls, I would skip it.

Me and my friends came out for brunch, the waitresses had nasty attitudes when asking about an update on our food and when our food finally arrived it was COLD! The service completely sucked and the food was definitely mediocre. There even was a piece of hair in one of our waters!!!!! If you’re looking for a great vibe & food DONT come here!!!!
Walked in on A Sat at 1pm the downs stairs section was not that crowed. At all.. The hostess sat us. We never got greeted. Waited 15mints.. the server seem us in the window seat. Never said hello. Never acknowledged us. We left & went to Brown chicken Brown Cow & got the best service. & they were busy busy!I'll never go to pour Girls again. At least not this location!

Met with a disgusting attitude from front house manager, Angela. Things went down hill from there, feeling unwelcomed the 10 of us,11 incl. my God grandbaby left and took our money and patronage with us next door to Brown Chicken Brown Cow, thankfully a much better experience. Poor girl, pun intended, simply doesn't have any customer service skills. No excuse for her behavior.

Today we went in for a birthday celebration & Angela was extremely rude. No one greeted us at the door, no one said anything at all until Angela spoke to us with the utmost disrespect. I come to Pour Girls very often & spend a very good amount of money every time I come. I will no longer come to this restaurant, it’s very disappointing for the simple fact that I enjoy the food. Angela has an awful disposition & made it known that she couldn’t care less that she was EXCEPTIONALLY rude.
