In Hampton for business. Spent the night at Hampton Marina Hotel (a/k/a Crowne Hotel) and had fantastic breakfast at Regatta Grille. Was dragging and not prepared to be blown away by service and the upbeat spirit Shawn (my Waiter) and Ernest (the Manager) bring to their jobs. Both went out of their way to accommodate me and the other customers, but back to the food. Their version of "hash browns" were delicious. Baked and no grease; hot and lightly seasoned. And the omelette was fluffy, hot, and stuffed with spinach, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes. Also came with small side of country gravy which was just right, not overly seasoned either. One of the best breakfasts I've had in ages. Filling, but not too much. You're missing out if you don't visit this spot!

The staff are so nice and make you feel welcomed. Food very reasonably priced. Views from the restaurant are fantastic... all the boats and the water is just mesmerizing to sit and watch. I really loved this place!!

Wish I could give NO STARS! I know a chef that works here and she comes home every single day with stories about how the kitchen is roach infested. They fall from the ceiling, they're on the buffet, in the toaster, IN THE SEASONING CONTAINERS , and it's just really disgusting. That would explain why they've had a Groupon option for the better part of a year of not longer. They can't get any business because they are unprofessional and unsanitary.

Kurtis was very attentive, friendly and informative. This was my first time in the restaurant. I would return.

My wife and I had one dinner and one breakfast at this hotel. I cannot understand why there is a sign outside the restaurant that states "only serving breakfast". As we read that sign at dinner time, someone inside waved us to come in; she told us the sign was wrong. I had a club sandwich that was cut in squares instead of the traditional triangles. It looked less appetizing and was more difficult to eat. The bread slices were rather small as well. My wife’s chicken chipotle sandwich was better. Our breakfast was a-la-carte choices. They took awhile to come and when they did, the waitress told us to get out syrup from the buffet(!). There was one large syrup dispenser with nothing to put it in, so we used a coffee mug. Speaking of coffee, the restaurant had none. The waitress said they had a busy weekend that used up their entire supply. This said on Tuesday morning and they still had not fixed the situation. That feels like a restaurant that is being badly managed to me.

Bad service or no service. Waited 30 minutes and no one even came to clean our table.

Avoid at all costs. Not sure how a caesar salad with salmon takes 45 minutes. Wilted lettuce. Severely understaffed for a Friday. I never give one star reviews but this place. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

The best cocktails and Wednesday means jazz and a soul food buffet for $10! Exquisite mac and cheese.

I wouldn't recommend eating here. The atmosphere is ok but the food is terrible. I ordered wings, fries and a beer. First off, the wings came out in a qty of 6. Six small wings are you kidding me!! The wings were hard and tasted old. The fries were soggy and salty, the blue moon was flat and tasted like the beer heads needed to be cleaned. Unfortunately the flies took over! I don't know who is managing this place but they need to do better! I used to love coming here, now it is just a wasted space in Hampton

My boyfriend and I bought the Groupon with the intention of eating at this restaurant, but one phone call made us change our minds. The fine print did not clarify if we were required to get an entree to use the Groupon, so I called the restaurant to clarify some details. The employee who answered the phone, Erica, said she was not sure but she would be right back. She then proceeded to HANG UP ON ME. I have not even had the displeasure of eating at this restaurant and I already know it is a 0/10.

Horrendous, do not go!! We went in about 7:30 pm after having a couple of delightful beers at the Bull Island Brewery next door. The fact that the dining room was empty was a tip off that eating there was not a good idea, but it was a Wednesday night so, we decided to give it a shot. To start, there was not a real wait staff member on duty, but some sort of all purpose hotel employee that mentioned she was with housekeeping. I ordered a Bee's Knees (cocktail). It came out 15 minutes later because the hapless, beleaguered employee had no idea what simple syrup was and had to make it apparently. When she brought out the drink it was a warm syruppy mess in a sticky martini glass with two straws and no garnish. Oh, and she brought my wife water in a plastic solo cup despite the presence of four nice water glasses on the table. My wife ordered a beet salad and a pasta dish. The "server" said she wasn't sure if there was any pasta. The beet salad came out 20 or so minutes later but was a "Cobb" salad according to the hotel employee. In reality it looked like a prepared salad somebody bought at Wawa and left on a counter for 3 days. At this point, a good 15-20 minutes after inquiring we were informed there was indeed pasta in the kitchen. By then, however, we had made up our mind to leave as it was painfully apparent that we could have spent $100 for garbage. We were not charged for anything and we left. So disappointing! We read recently that an excellent local chef was hired and it's a beautiful location so we had high hopes of a nice dining experience. The hotel management is totally derelict on this, completely ignoring this "restaurant." It should be closed immediately if they aren't going to run it professionally. It's time for a big change. I also read recently that Hilton would be taking over the property. Maybe they will do something about the restaurant. In the meantime, stay away, it's horrible.
