My wife and I eat here fairly often. My pizza tasted okay but was so limp I had to eat it with a fork. My wife ordered the baked spaghetti and it was obvious the cook had no idea when baked spaghetti actually is. She was first served a bowl of spaghetti with plain sauce. After sending it back it was brought to the table with two squares of cheese melted on top. Needless to say we'll give them a few months to see if they get their act together and try again.

I order a pizza and wings , after 2 hours of waiting I never received my order. I called to cancel. Gave me my money back then charged my card again .Now I never received the food or the money which total $28.26.Their solution was a store credit . Even after showing my account proving these transactions.As a long time customer I am very disappointed!

I have eaten at Riccos many times.the staff the clerks are all really kind and friendly.the pizza is at a great price.the hot wings are well worth the drive from Yorktown to Hampton (a 25 min trip) passing several different restaurants and pizza places.i will without fail be back at Riccos before long..thanks for everything Riccos..

I've been coming here off and on for the past 3 years and it's always been the same staff to greet you and it really makes it feel more sociable for that reason, the food is always good here honestly the best pizza I've had even with living in a whole other state.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pizza
