This is the only Rita's close by to me that is still open during the colder months, and unfortunately I feel like you can tell tell that they have changed either management, ownership, and/or procedures recently. This used to be my go to place to treat myself, but this year the staff just makes me feel guilty for coming. Unfriendly employees for a dessert shop, dirty back of house, roaches in their bathroom, old tasting ice, and an overall unwelcoming atmosphere. Not certain what happened to this place, but I miss the old Rita's.

Childhood favorite. Good to see quality of food hasn't changed. This specific location was un-kept and dark. It was a very unwelcoming atmosphere. Machines were dirty. Staff appeared to hate being there. I get no one likes working, but being friendly is literally part of the job.

Monday night going to get ice cream for the family should be fun. Not with whoever yall have working. Tell them 3 times my size for them to still get it wrong. Did not add in my toppings. And to top it all off I have no clue how much I spent I was never given a total just took my card and ran it and never gave me a receipt. Oh but she was definitely worried about talking to the customer that she was hanging out behind the store with when we pulled up and engaged in conversation with the entire time we needed to be properly served. Ice cream great as usual but training and management needs to step up at this one.

I work for an Assisted living home and we were taking our residents there for a treat. Online and on the door says they open at 11:30am. We arrived at 11:30 on the dot. Doors were locked but a worker was inside. 11:45 i called and know one answered. Finally at 12pm, he unlocked the doors. The worker was very rude and condensing. I expressed that he should have at least told us he was running late instead of making us wait in the 90 degree heat. He said then he would have to tell everybody that if he told us.He then proceeded to tell me that I must have not worked in customer service before. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere.

I’ve been here twice and both times the floor was so sticky that it takes your shoes off. This past time they had the wrong flavors posted to what they actually served. I asked for watermelon as posted and ended up with sour patch watermelon. Disappointed. My kids order was right and the service was good. Just cleanliness and menu accuracy.

The Italian ice and custard was really good! I recommend mango. This location should get a 5 star review if it wasn't for the bratty unprofessional staff cursing up a storm and ignoring customers and improper food handling!! Extremely disappointing. Such a chill location with good seating and lots of parking. Terrible staff. Just go through the drive through
I'm a bit disappointed because this was my first time here. My custard came in a cup, and I had apple filling on top with whipped cream. There was no way to mix it without making a mess unless I waited until I could transfer it to a bowl. So I basically had to eat my toppings without ice cream and then the ice cream next, not together.

This was our first time visiting Rita's. Employees had excellent customer service!! That was probably the best part of the visit. Everything was delicious. We will be back everytime we vacation here!

Great options for Italian ice and their custard is always so creamy. My girlfriend got a milkshake and it was really good. I got the Gelati with the Florida Orange ice and there were little chunks of orange in it, which might appeal to some but was not for me. Otherwise, it was great!
