I was in Rosie's in Hampton, VA on April 10, 2024, I came in after 8 pm and capacity was not at the maximum so I was playing 2 machines for hours. This random lady wanted to play a machine I was on, she asked, I heard her but there were other empty machines on the row and I had money in both my machines so I kept playing. maybe she saw me winning ; I don't know but she picked the machine she wanted that I was playing. Next moment she comes back with security caucasion guy with blue and black shirt wearing glasses the guy tells me if I am not a triple crown player I needed to log out and give the lady one of the machine to play, a patron told the lady there was an empty machine by her the security guy said to me she don't want to play that machine she wants one of the machines you are playing...smh I ask was she a triple crown and was told it was none of my business by security and that woman that wanted one of the machines I was playing. I gave her one but not the one she wanted. Rosie's if you have special rules for special players please advertise at the entrance because I do this all the time but last night left me furious! I am not going to have a triple crown player if she was but she never put a card in the machine do tha... this is harassment on another level by your security and the player!!!!! You never know who watching you spend money then use their weight to take a machine because they saw how much you vested!!!! I am furious this has to stop!!!!!!!!!!! I tried calling your place today around 6:20pm to speak to a supervisor regarding my experience the guy said his name was Tom Jones and he was a supervisor who had me tell my story to hang up on me, I was asking him for someone over him no one was availble he said so he was referring me to HHR but did not have a number or email to give me, he told me to look it up on the Rosie's Website!!!!! No worries random people went to the back desk last night to report the incident because I did not last night!!!!! wrong is wrong make it right Rosie's?

Overall, my experience was good. Everyone was nice, but it's hard to get a beverage because there is limited beverage people roaming around.One negative, I had my service dog with me with his patches and ID, I answered the 1st security guards question about him, then the 2nd, and the 3rd. I felt a little interrogated, but they allowed us to go in without anymore questions.I enjoy their hamburgers, fries, and drinks. The bartenders are quite nice. I go on Military and senior days for the discounts. I'm glad they have these special days.
