I ordered ahead and received my food at a stall. My order was correct and my food was hot. Took a little longer than anticipated, but the server was quite pleasant. Tried their new fish sandwich, not impressed. The onion rings always have a sweet taste to them. I think it's because they fry them in the same oil as their funnel cake fries.

Located on a very busy highway, which limits the ability to hear on both ends, its amazing they were able to get our order even partially correct.Went thru the DT to get a drink corrected, and was told we were supposed to remain in the stall for corrections. But, after explaining difficulty with noise interference she assisted with correcting the drink.While waiting, another young lady opened the DT window and, with insolence, asked, "What are you waiting for?"Not, "Is there anything I can help you with?"What happened to service with a smile? And, general civility?

If you use their pull up order speaker things, it's too close to Mercury Bvld traffic and the speakers are not nearly loud enough, so you can't even hear them unless you put your ear right up against the speaker.The people are fine and the food is what you'd expect for fast food. Work on your speakers, though, Sonic!

The food and service was great. However to charge me $1.79 for a cup of ice is ridiculous. They lost a good customer. The food was expensive they could give someone a cup of ice.
We were in line for 2 minutes. Put in an order for an Oreo cheesecake Master shake Aunt the peanut butter bacon shake . After we placed our order they told us to pull up to the window and then at the window they told us to scoot forward to the waiting spot and we were only sitting there for about 3 minutes before our drink came out. But our drinks came out melted and when we tried to ask why the server just walked off. They were still good. Just wish they were frozen

The food at Sonic is decent. I crave their breakfast burrito with grilled chicken every so often, about once every 2 weeks.The customer service at this Sonic is bad. The staff at the window always feel like they have an attitude, like they hate their job. This is every time I visit.I would visit more but I believe energy is transfered to the food, so I do not want to go to a place where everyone energy is bad.
