We just left this place. We did a mobile order and the app didn’t accept the stall number (we tried 3 stalls). We got home and they forgot my son’s kids meal. Went to call and busy tone. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. Sonic used to be good in the day now it’s just sad.

I like this one. It's a little out of the way for me, but it's nice. My burger was good. The bacon was actually crispy. The employee had a genuine smile that made my day. Once the hedge grows in, I'm sure it will be better for the home next door.

We just got two sundaes and two blasts. $23 after a tip… the ice cream in all of our “treats” is sour. Expired..??? What the heck!?!? Never going back again and hoping we don’t get sick.

I’ve been here 3 times before I decided to write a review tonight. I ordered three SMALL items, service took about 10 minutes with no one in front of me. Food was pretty gross. Customer service is AWFUL. I mean bad attitudes, eye rolls when I said “have a good night”, the guy at the window literally just stared at me the rolled his eyes when I took my card back. This has been an issue every single time I’ve gone to this sonic. Just pitiful.

I go here specifically for the slushes and because it's so close to home. Every time without fail they get all confused like diet cherry isn't a slush flavor on their menu. Not to mention the service is horrendously slow even when there's no other customers there (which is the case pretty much every time I've been there). Most of the time the speaker isn't working so you have to pull around to the window, but they don't post a sign telling you that.

The Store manager of this store is unprofessional, calls his employees names, makes fun of people's disabilities, steals hours from the employees, drinks on the job, smokes weed on the job, but if you try to complain about anything to Corp or the area supervisor you get taking off the schedule, and they back him up and take his side, the only focus the higher up have us whether or not the store makes money, I have never had complaints and when I worked we made sales, but to know this company is only about themselves and don't care about the workers is mind blowing, As long as the Store Manager is getting away with what he is doing to people this is not a place I would recommend you allow your family member to work at.

I am not happy with this place at all. No one was there at all customer wise, I pulled up to the stall to order and sat for over 5 minutes with the red button pressed, nothing. Someone pulled into the drive thru they took their order and I waited another couple minutes, nothing. Went to the drive thru, they said their stalls worked and I left it at that. I have been getting my slashes at Sonic across the country for forever but today 2 our of 3 of the drinks were not good at all. The lime slush was AWFUL more sour like legit soured not just sour like their lemon or lime slashes are. My diet cherry limeade was WAY too sweet and couldn't even drink it was so bad. Won't waste my time here again.
The food is usually hit or miss at Sonic. I believe that their biggest problem is consistency. When everything is fresh, everything is good. This time around, the breakfast burritos that we had were fantastic. This particular store seems to be fairly consistent. Other Sonics, not so much.

Went through drive through for my first Sonic experience and was going to get ice cream but their machine was inoperable. A person with me told me it was a usual occurrence at Sonic.I did however see the waiter skating through the parking lot.

Been here before and disappointed but was inspired to try it again once I saw the Under New Management sign. Sadly, it's the same old slow uncaring service. Ordered two shakes and two blasts from one of the drive-in kiosks and waited patiently 10 minutes before seeing the screen move on to the "on its way" step. After several more minutes and increasing rain we didn't turn to see a CarHop carrying a four drink holder and an umbrella, we saw two employees partially out the door hollering to us that they were not delivering because it was raining. Did I say I even tipped them on my debit in advance? Well I did and for that consideration I got the expectation for me, the customer, having to retrieve my order from a drive-in! Absolutely ridiculous and I shall never return.
