The food was good, however when it came to the sides it was not as good as I would have thought. The service’s started off good, was greeted as we walked in . Yet it seemed like as the evening went one , it seemed like we were forgotten about. Clean restaurant, good vibes, good music. Just need to work on better customer care after entering the restaurant , and working on they side flavors.

Don't waste your time going here. Wewaited 1hour for reservation we madewhile other people walked in and sat themselves. The waitress was rude when we tried to tell her we had a reservation. Then waited 3 hours just to getour food. They were out of everything bythe time our waitress remembered we weresitting there. Tables were nasty andsticky. We'll never go again. This place is why it makes it so hard to support black businesses. My time is money. If this was another restaurant they would have apologized and given a coupon or a precent off for waiting 3 hours. She was not only attentive but also incredibly patient and kind throughout our meal, enhancing our overall dining experience.From the moment we sipped on our mimosas to the last bite of our food, every aspect of our visit was delightful. The mimosa was perfectly crafted, setting a refreshing tone for the meal ahead.As for the food, I opted for two entrees, and both exceeded my expectations. I was inspired to try this place from a food blog review I saw. I didn’t read the reviews before I came and I should’ve. We waited over 40 minutes just for our appetizer to come, then we had to wait an additional 30-40 minutes for our food to come out. Unfortunately I did have to send some stuff back to be reheated because it wasn’t even warm. Overall the service was slow and the food was definitely not worth the wait in my opinion.

I see they’re trying to make it a laid back lounge kinda vibe, which can be achieved, but the music is definitely too loud. Food took an hour to arrive and it wasn't very crowded. The chicken was overcooked and cold. The waffle was also cold. We didn't receive 3 of the items we needed when the food finally arrived.The service is molasses slow...slower. The servers attitudes are uncaring and they do as little as possible to help.The atmosphere was fine. Nothing spectacular but at least the music was low enough that we were able to hear each other.Go to waffle house.

I called in a to-go order on 03/02/24. Was told it would be an hr wait, with hesitation I proceeded with my order. I ordered smothered grilled turkey chops, Mac n cheese and potato salad. Picked up my order an hour later, everything went smooth. Get home excited for my meal only to be immediately disappointed. I open the tray with the turkey chops in it which weren't "grilled" at all moreso pan seared for maybe about 1-2 minutes each side...no flavor, no seasoning but surprisingly not dry. The gravy didn't even look or taste like any type of gravy but rather cream of mushroom WHAT?! Next.. The mac n cheese, the noodles were rubbery, no flavor and overloaded with cheese. The only thing I kind of liked was the potato salad which I'm almost certain came from a container. Widely disappointed!
