Very nice theater! I was impressed by the decor and atmosphere. We bought our tickets at the kiosk. Very easy to use! No one checked our tickets which didnt bother me at all. The seats were comfortable and they recline. You can order from your seat which makes it super convenient! I enjoyed the experience! The server who brought our food told us there is a button that we can press on the side if we needed anything and introduced her self.. Sahara i believe.. ? The bathrooms were well kept . My only complaint was that the floor was sticky when we walked in. I would visit again!!

Would give zero stars if I could. I don't know what happened to this place but it's horrible now. There was nobody cleaning the theater. We walked in 5 minutes before the movie started and all the old trash from the last showing was still on the trays. It took over 30 minutes to get food after we ordered and they never brought the napkins or silverware we asked for. Staff was rude. On the way out we saw several cockroaches. We will never be back.

Horrible service, horribly sticky floors that even the employees complained about, I had ordered some drinks near the end of the film and they never showed up. When I went to go ask about it they said they didn't even have those drinks available. When I went to get a refund I found out this wasn't a uncommon occurrence. Other then that the seating is nice and it was a good film.

Service is terrible and severely slow, floors are extremely sticky, you have to ask for utensils, straws and napkins because they don't bring it with your food or drinks which is ridiculous!

Terrible app. I live in Virginia and go to the website which brings me to the app and can’t even find my region. Can’t book a movie cuz it won’t let me get to my local studio movie grill. Won’t be coming back to this site ever!!!!

The theater is comfortable and beautiful. However the servers are rude. I didn't get half the things I ordered. The food was terrible. Do not recommend, I prefer the cinema cafe as the food and experience is so much better. Also a 5% gratuity is included in the bill. The 2 for 28, chicken bites, and half the menu I could not order, which honestly annoyed me because I wanted the 2 for 28 which was advertised on the website. The only good place about this is how beautiful and comfortable it is. However, if you want a much better experience I recommend the cinema cafe.

Ordered tickets online. Arrived at the location and it's temporarily closed, apparently. Certainly didn't have any problem taking our money. Let's see how long it takes to get it back...

Seats were great. However, the gratuity is included in the bill which doesn't give any incentive for the server to do a good job. We called our server twice during the movie and she never came. The food and drinks took a really long time (close to an hour wait). I wasn't overly impressed and would be likely to just go to cinema cafe next time. The wait staff at Cinema cafe is really helpful and the prices are a little better.

My husband and I were so excited to take our daughter to the theater for the new Star Wars movie and dinner. We were told by our server, who was wonderful, that no one showed up to work that day. My husband had already heard this being shouted from someone who appeared to be management walking into the kitchen a few minutes before we sat down. It was clear that the servers were doing everything they could with who they had, but it was so disappointing. The food arrived promptly, but we didn't even receive our drinks until an hour into the movie, well after our food was finished. I am most disappointed by the fact that nothing seemed to be handled properly by management. Short staffed? Why not bring everyone a water in the meantime if you know it's taking over an hour to get items out to guests? Why not offer an apology or even show a willingness to help the employees? It was completely unprofessional, especially to be yelling about it where customers can hear. As a manager I would've had AT LEAST a water and bag of popcorn in everyone's hand if I knew I was so short staffed. It was just ridiculous, and not worth the almost $100 we spent.

Went to see the Birds of Prey, the server who took out order was really nice, but tried to push every add on possible to us while ordering without disclosing if it would add to the price of the meal aka on the chicken strips meal he asked if I would want them tossed in the sauce without mentioning that it would add a dollar to the price. I declined as I read the menu and saw the +1 dollar nex to the option. Again, we got the 2 for 28 "deal" and when we asked about the dessert, he did not disclose that it added 5 dollars to the total cost, although we knew it did, it would've been nice to not feel our server wanted the maximum amount of money spent from us as possible. He did disclose that there's an automatic 18.5 percent gratuity tacked on to the total so that was nice to know before dishing out extra for a tip.Our server said that we would receive our dessert further along in the movie, but then our appetizer, entree, and dessert came out at the same time we didn't know what to do as we only had so much room on the trays and when we asked the girl who brought it out, she was being kinda rude about it, just saying that she was told to bring them out and offering no solution other than trying to hand us our food. She just kept saying it was what she was told to do, even when we asked about the dessert coming out at the same time. We had to use both chairs to our left and right to hold some of the plates. Mind you, we only had 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, and 1 dessert. The trays are very small and pretty much only hold a drink and one plate.We only saw our server in the beginning of the movie, and never again. We did have a different server ask us if everything was good halfway through the movie, I don't know why we didn't see our guy again, even after we asked about tipping additionally.The food was allright, Edamame, potato skins, chicken strips, cheeseburger, and brownie sundae. Best part was the edamame and the brownie dessert. The seats are the norm nowadays, black leather recliners.I would recommend finding another theatre if you wanted some food and a movie or eat somewhere before seeing a movie here. I probably won't be coming back for a while, as there are better theatre options.

The movie was actually not too bad but had a bunch of jump scares, it was alot of fun for my girlfriend and I and we would definitely come here again. Their food is great and you get it very quickly. You will not be disappointed.
