If I could give this store 0 stars I would. The heavy set woman that works the drive thru is always rude and lacks customer service skills. Today I ordered 2 of the new cantina crispy chicken tacos, and they were both broken. Less than 2 minutes I returned and asked for a refund. This store no longer does refunds apparently. The said they would remake them but they either gave me the same tacos or coincidentally the “new” tacos were broken into pieces again. She closed the window before I could say anything.

The place was very clean. Service was good but no one at the counter right away. Food was delicious. Very well prepared. Cheese and I mean very cheesy pizza. The best I've ever had at taco bell. They missed one of the tacos I ordered so when we went back they made it loaded w the goodies. ! Yum!

Grease made paper wet & tore thru my bag. Tacos were so greasy. Meat tasted old. Was not happy. The staff screwed up my order instead of a 3 PC taco combo, I ended up with 6 tacos.( my fault for not checking my order before I left). Just drive a little bit further to the one on Mercury Blvd.

EVERY single time I have ordered from this place they have not only gotten Mt order wrong, but also somehow made their food so wrong it doesn't even taste good anymore like other taco bells. As well as any food delivery orders I pick up, they're always wrong. All I'm saying is, someone just sued taco bell and won just based on the fact that their food didn't look like the advertisement. I'd recommend you step it up bc I'm extremely unsatisfied. Will be letting people know to avoid that one, and calling corporate.
Why a manager charge for combo when. I only ask for the tacos and she also allows them at start making them I never said a combo.and the manager needs to be treated on how to treat customers while people are in the lobby. Retraining employees in all food establishment because they will the CEO and company business and money.get it together.
