Got the 12 pack party pack about an hour ago and was short 2 tacos and we were going to let it go since we live about 30 minutes away but then we go to eat our new grill cheese dipping tacos and this is what all 3 of them looked like. Spent $42 and didn’t even get all of our order and the stuff we did get was sloppy.

Went through the drive thru and just wanted their party pack with half soft and half crunchy tacos. Woman on the other end stayed quiet and I again just repeated the order and said that that was it. She then rudely saying she heard me and instead of speaking up we drove forward and just wanted to get the tacos and get out of there. Tacos were cold during handling. Won't be back there!

Take out order no cheese on cheesy Rollup...steak quesidilla well not site if was anything on it think just dough and burnt up also the Taco came unwrapped in the bag and if hadn't checked bag for cinnamon twists would have gotten home with

Funny how you advertise being open until 1am...but at midnight, nobody says anything through the speaker...with employees in the building and all lights
Awful. Yall need a sign up as to what time your lobby stays open that's visible for doordashers. Almost every single restaurant closes their lobby at different times, so how is anyone supposed to know without getting out to see to find out its closed then have lost their possible spot in the drive thru? Also PLEASE unblock one side of your drive thru so people can leave the drive thru if it takes too long.

So we just picked up our $30 shorted our order. By 2 chips and cheese clearly ordered and on the pick up ticket and ordered 14 mild sauce packets also on the pickup ticket. Ordered online. Picked it up even ask specifically is the napkins and sauce packets in the bag. "Yeah" was the answer given by the guy on the front line. Gave the benefit of the dought. Didnt look. Got to our hotel. No nachos no sauce and no napkins.... Really? Wow. People Check your orders dont trust the help I'm sure they do have some employees that care but the guy that handed the order apparently does not. It only takes one.....Attention to detail is everything when dealing with customers By the way, I worked for Taco Bell in two different states guess I need to contact corporate and hopefully the District manager can bring this one up to standard. And other customers should bo, need to hound corporate until this poor customer service is corrected. If it were my store I'd be holding a serious meeting with all employees. It's not a difficult job. Busy yes you have to stay focused you are in the eye of the public.

This Taco Bell is a hidden gem for Hampton. One of the few food establishments in the city that’s worth a good review. It’s brand new so it’s super clean and service was fast! I highly recommend, but don’t go there and mess it up please & thank you LOL

I've eaten at taco bell since a child and this is the worst experience i have ever had. I pulled up and the drive thru was a mile long. I go inside thinking they were short staffed. Nope it was a bunch of kids behind the counter. The food was horrible. Worst Taco Bell experience ever.

Lots of parking spaces including a whole row in the back for compact cars. Drive-thru logistics are very forgiving, so if you get turned around and miss the entry (cough cough) then you can circle back and try again.Mercury boulevard survival guide: VERY easy if you're going west and turning right. Complicated and misleading if you're going east and turning left. There's a turn that seems to let you go right across, but it actually goes to Lidl instead. You'd either have to make a very wide U-turn and then immediately turn right... which is probably illegal.... Or do what I did and fuss around in the Lidl parking lot until you can get back on Mercury.Parking: Huge parking lot and very maneuverable drive-thru setup. There's a whole row of compact car spaces in the back.
