It was 12 of us and we received exemplary customer service! Noya was the perfect waitress. The Atmosphere was great and the food was AMAZING!!!!!Parking: We didn't have any problems parking!Kid-friendliness: This place is great for kids!

I'm from out of town and I enjoy going to new exciting restaurants when I visit a new city or state. Well I arrived at this establishment around 8:57 pm. I was immediately seated. That's good. I sat at my table for approximately 23 minutes and no one came to my table to take my drink order or food order I wasn't even acknowledged of being a customer and sitting there like I'm a nobody. The service staff walked around and by me but I was not approached to be serviced. They had time to sit at the bar, stand around, and laugh with each other and customers but they failed to service every customer. I can't tell you about the food because I didn't get any. The staff acted like I was not sitting there waiting to be serviced. Your restaurant gets a poor review from me. I understand you close at 10 pm. I would rather you inform me at the door and say we are not serving anymore customers. Than to have me sit there looking like a fool for 23 minutes. That is crazy. If you are looking for a place to get your crab and seafood on do not go to this place they don't service everyone!!! What pisses me off the most is that a lot of good restaurants close at 10 pm I can't try a great spot tonight I have to wait until tomorrow. You wasted my time Twisted Crab. You have to get better with your customer service. You FAILED!!!! No worries I will not be gracing your establishment again.

Only 3 stars based on service. Waitress got entire order wrong. I paid for meal and said no worries. Yet they defended their own saying the waitress had bad eyes. I guess if they have bad eyes that excuses what I say? Instead of fixing problems they point fingers at each other. Very sad, I actually enjoyed the wings (spicy by request) yet service was disgusting.

We had a terrific late dinner—crab cakes and the shrimp and snow crab combo. Kobe gave us excellent service and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

I went here with my mom & sister and starting off an employee walked in along with a couple mins you were already waiting as well as another family . Nevertheless the employee that just walked in sit the other couple who just walked in behind us. Then sit there for 25 mins before I left and still no service or acknowledge me and my family was there. The bartender acknowledged us but still no service. We walked out

Food was fantastic. It was a good value for the buck and tasted great. Catfish was perfect and the wings were decent. That's where the good stops. Service was terrible. We were only visited once after getting our food and the visit was to ask if we were ready for the check. They also missed part of our order as they don't write orders down. Do not recommend based on the service.

Had the shrimp crab sausage boil mild with garlic butter. The food was ok nothing I have to have againWaitresses was Stephanie Party of 5 we ordered drinks and food together.Took more than 30 minutes to receive drinks. Which we attempted to ask about them she was rude. When my drink was finally received had paper from the straw in it. I returned it(didn’t want another). Food was received my sausages were not included brought out maybe 20-30 later. She never apologized nor came to see if we needed anything else. Later did offer carry out bags but still never said anything. I am not from here and will make sure to tell friends and family this is not a spot for you to try
