Took ~5min to realize I was in line for getting a table, ordered a strawberry colada, ribeye and the chocolate cake thing. The strawberry colada was overly sweet to the point you can feel the grains of sugar that didn't dissolve, the ribeye didn't taste like much and the fries tasted slightly like cardboard, and the chocolate cake tasted like a cake mix, with the icecream having chunks of ice in it. Total before tip was 43 dollars. If I could eat an identical but better tasting meal at Outback Steakhouse or Texas Roadhouse for cheaper with tips included, why bother coming here?

Our server had to leave due to an emergency. Another server took over our table, which is NO problem at all. I understand that emergencies happen, so that is not reflected in this review in any way. However, our stand-in server was working on the opposite side of the restaurant. They forgot a drink refill that they said they were going to get. After half of the meal was gone, I asked another staff member and they went to get it. Then, after everything was stacked on the end of the table and a TON of direct and uncomfortable eye contact was made, I finally had to wave to get the check. At that point, I handed them my card and politely requested that we take care of the bill right away (since we'd been waiting to get the check for close to 20 minutes). I get that things aren't always ideal when serving tables and I try to take into account that everyone has bad/off days. As an ex-server, I always tip well, and tonight was no different. But good lord... never again. Also, the tortilla chips were stale. The bathroom floors were sticky, and the restaurant was generally pretty dirty.

Applebees was a wonderful experience for me and my family. The waiter we had was very lovely and was very sweet . She had a very bubbly personality that felt like we were talking with a friend. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to try delicious foods and drinks. I will be coming back and I’m so excited I found a restaurant that I absolutely and truly love.

Great service and meals! My server, AJ, was absolutely wonderful. We were greeted right away and our food was hot and delicious. I had the southwest chicken bowl. I definitely recommend this place and I will be going again!

My steak and mash potatoes was swimming in grease. The broccoli was supposed to be part of the meal was not even there. The floor around the table we were sat at was covered in trash . And the servers were yelling to each across the restaurant. Straight up had a real bad experience..
Not one to complain but it was a horrible experience food was not good at all ! Service was ? never did get all of our food! At one point waitress was out having a smoke while people were waiting to be seated!

I ordered food via DoorDash and the food we received was very bland. My husband’s pasta had barely any sauce and the bread was stale. They did not give us any cutlery or extra condiments with our order.
