This Arby's is great!! The service is always friendly. It's clean!! Food is excellent and make quickly and efficiently. And I love that they have a very well taken care of, live tree inside!! We always try to seat close to it.

This location ALWAYS forgets items. I checked my bag noticed I was missing a 6 piece chicken nugget after waiting in line for 30 min. I went inside and told them I was missing said item they stated they put both nuggets in on large container. I get home and there are only 5 chicken nuggets...not even 1 full order. I also was not provided a receipt because "it couldn't be printed because the register paper had to be changed" and they couldn't see recent orders. I attempted to call once home but no answer of course.

I ordered the chicken,swiss cheese and Bacon Sandwich. The chicken was very tough. I couldn't bite into it. It was like a large chunk of grizzle. I was visiting Harrisonburg, VA. It was a first for me getting anything bad at a Arby's. I will not eat at that Arby's again. It is my 95 year old mother likes the roast beef Sandwich.

Is anyone home?Went to pick up online order and they stood there looking at my like I have 3 heads. They didn't know what to do. Then the manager said I was rude and started making excuses about how much work they had to do. When there was no one in line or drive through. Give me a break And the order is still on my app they never cleared it.
