Stopped in on our road trip to NY. Delicious, hot, fresh food. Very friendly staff, and super clean dining room and restrooms. We might need to stop in again on our way back down in a week. :)

My family and I were welcomed in the dining room by Karen. She was very fast and friendly our food was hot and fresh by an attentive crew. We were only passing through the area but made a good choice of places to stop for breakfast.

My fiancée and I were traveling from out of state with her medical alert service dog, his vest was in the trunk however he’s not required to be vested by per the ada (and business and states cannot require that as it is outlined) so we ran in to get food without grabbing it. As we were ordering, another customer started talking to and attempting to pet the him despite my partner and I both repeatedly asking her to leave him alone because he’s working. During this, the woman ringing us up, Tenisa, asked another employee who I’m to believe was the manager what the requirements were for service animals and was told they have to be wearing a vest (again, this is against federal law), and she proceeded to lean over the counter and attempt to touch the dog while I attempted to let her know that it’s not only illegal to require a vest but also illegal to interfere with him when he’s working. She insisted it was store policy and he had to be vested. On refusing she declared she “doesn’t get paid enough to care about it” and brushed it off. During this, the other customer is still attempting to touch him and talk to him continuing to stress him and my fiancée out and putting her health at risk (seizure alert dog. Stress can and does trigger those seizures.)After getting my fiancée and her legally protected medical equipment at a booth, I attempted to show both Tenisa and her manager the ada to give them the tools they actually CAN use to tell if it’s a real dog (two legally protected questions. “Is this dog a service dog trained to assist a disability?” And “what tasks are they trained to preform?”) and was rudely told that they can’t tell without a vest. That they had no time to ask. “Silly questions” when someone should just put a vest on their dog even after I informed them that vests can be purchased online cheaply and are not a legal way to determine if a dog is a service animal. The food was good, as expected. But the treatment of myself, my fiancée and her service animal by the staff here was not only horrendous and inappropriate but also illegal and unacceptable for a place of business. Both of the employees involved need to be retrained in how to handle this kind of situation as well as sensitivity training. And the funny part? This is the tag that stays on his collar at all times and if she had asked the questions she legally can, we have no problem showing this as well as answering both questions. Because it’s part of having a service dog. But being a fast food employee does NOT give someone the right to harass a service dog handler over something that isn’t even legal.

Was so excited about the return of the fish sandwich for Lent. Let me start with the positives: None!!The negatives: Not worth the hefty price of $6.00 (including tax). The price used to be 2 for $5.00!! The fish was sad, flat (thinnest cod I ever saw), strong fishy taste, cold, little cheese and a hint of tarter sauce. That's it!! No lettuce No tomato No nothing No fries No drink and $6.00!!I know the cost of everything has gone up but if Arby's can sell theirs at 2 for $6.00 so can everyone else! Go to Arby's if you want a real fish sandwich where you can actually see the fish and taste the tarter sauce! No I don't represent Arby's in any way.

NASTIEST, OLD CHICKEN I HAVE EVER HAD FROM BOJANGLES. IT LOOKED AND TASTED REALLY OLD. I KNOW IT HAD BEEN SITTING THERE ALL DAY AND WAS PROBABLY SENT OUT SO THEY COULD MAKE MONEY AT CLOSING TIME. I WAS REFUSED A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT BECAUSE I ORDERED ON UBER EATS. THEY DIDN'T COOK THAT NASTY FOOD, BOJANGLES DID. UBER WOULDN'T REFUND EITHER. I HAVE A BROKEN BACK AND I LOST OUT ON DINNER FOR 2 DAYS. I GUESS I WON'T ENJOY BOJANGLES ANYMORE. IT'S USUALLY DELICIOUS BUT NOT AFTER SITTING THERE ALL DAY.
