Drive thru order incomplete and while still in drive thru, informed staff. They acted like we were stealing. We pointed out the rest of our was order left in window. No apology. Just slung our order at us.

My family loves Chick-fil-A and since we hadn't had it yet on this trip, we decided to get some chikin while on the road. This restaurant was crazy busy at lunch time. I decided to place a phone order rather than wait in line and it proved to be faster. I was amazed at how fast they served everyone but this time the app was quicker than the traditional line.

My only issue with this place is the people taking your order never let you get to the menu board before wanting your order. I haven't been there enough to know what I want without a menu.
Drive thru line looks intimidating but it moves super fast. It's worth it just for the customer service alone...I usually get breakfast and the minis are my favorite.
