save yourself the time and money and never go to this location. they are always out of stock of all the few ingredients chipotle has, and will still charge you full price for giving you the wrong order. not to mention the staff is incredibly rude and the place is filthy. i have given this chipotle numerous chances to redeem itself and it still disappoints every single time. if you’re in the area, save yourself the hassle and go to qdoba or moe’s instead.

My recent visit to Chipotle in Harrisonburg was quite disappointing. While the staff were friendly initially, the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. Despite numerous empty tables, each one was marred by leftover food and spills. The floors were sticky, the counters were messy, and the cabinets looked like they hadn't been wiped down in ages. Overall, it was a subpar experience, and definitely not up to the standards I expect from Chipotle.

I had many bad experiences in the past and today when I ordered 3 bowls of al pastor chicken they served regular chicken and with little to no rice and they served brown rice while I ordered white rice in all bowls and missed many sides I ordered and they did not even gave my guac that I paid extra. This honestly sucks and this is day light robbery.

Chipotle taste amazing sometimes. But the harrisonburg chipotle is horrible at portion and quality control. You ask for extra rice on a mobile order and half the time they give less than the normal amount of rice. Sometimes they hook you up. Its a gamble. This time my bowl was only 1/3 full. Chipotle DO BETTER.

This chipotle location is absolutely terrible and a joke. The bowl I ordered was not filled up at all and also was cold. I also asked for extra sour cream and they barely gave me any. Very disappointed, will never go back and will take my business to Moes!

We ate here on 4/6/24. When we walked in there were very few other patrons. The floor throughout the restaurant was covered with food, as were the tables. The counter where your order was made was also covered with food. There were multiple staff working, but no one took the initiative to clean up. The girl running the cash register was on her phone. We love Chipotle but were HIGHLY disappointed after this visit.

Just went to chipotle and ordered food to go. Got home and my daughter started eating (she’s 6 years old) and bit into plastic in her burrito bowl. This happened at the chipotle in Harrisonburg VA which always has issues but this was my final straw.

I ordered pick up through the app and received the worst quality food. There was literally a chunk of avocado peel in my guacamole and what looks like an entire bay leaf in my bowl. Not only was the food prep bad, but the bowl was cold and there were hardly any chips.
