I've been eating and ordering food from here for more than 20 years. Over the past year their service has tanked. Last Saturday I placed an order for a single pizza. It arrived an hour and a half later, the crust was burnt, the moisture from the toppings had made the burnt crust soggy, the entire thing was cold, and the crust that wasn't soggy was tough. It is a real shame such an institution has fallen so far.

I can’t even believe I have to write this review.The owners should be ashamed by the behavior of their staff. A physical altercation between their staff occurred with at least 5 full tables and patrons waiting. It’s apparent by the owners reaction that this is a normal occurrence and normal behavior from his staff. The owner never once apologized to any of the patrons for the unprofessional behavior of his staff. Absolutely disgusting! Goes to show that they do not care about their customers. I will never come here again.

Stopped by for the first time when coming to town from Staunton. Service was excellent and the food was fantastic. I got the Steak and cheese deluxe and the wife got an Italian Sausage Parmigiana. Both sandwiches were delicious and the staff treated us great. If you’re trying to decide on what Italian place in Harrisonburg to eat at, this is the one! We will be back next time we come to the area!

Ordered a meat stuffed pizza on delivery and by the time it was delivered the pizza was cold and meat was fall out everywhere because there was practically no cheese to hold the meat together and very thin. Idk if they have different owners but this places quality has changed in the past year. I got a steak sub couple months ago and it was so cold the cheese wasn't melted and it just wasn't the same as the times before and I was actually picking the sub up and it was ready yet so it wasn't like it was sitting for a while when I picked up the sub. So idk what happened but I won't be spending my half earned money on cold food and low quality.

An actual New York Pizza experience. Everything down to the menu was exactly like a true New York pizzeria. The food was spectacular, thin crust pizza, the wings were crispy and delicious. I meant to only sample them and bring the rest home, but I found myself finishing them all! Our server was so friendly, and a fellow new Yorker as well, I felt back at home for the little bit of time I spent there. I'll be back again to try the hot subs, they all looked awesome. Very well done all!
Got the steak and cheese sub last night like many nights before. Although it's a little pricey, what's not anymore, it was the best steak and cheese I've ever gotten there. Loaded with steak!! Was getting ready to give up on ciro's but they've redeemed themselves.

Best NY-style pizza in Harrisonburg. If you're a fan of floppy, foldable slices that are packed with flavor: this is your place. A little greasy, but I expect nothing less from NY-style.

When I was there, it was slow but later tonight it will get busier.Food is pretty good, have eaten there before.Didn't mean slow as in it took a long time for food because they didn't take long at all. Was saying slow, meaning not a lot going on to comment about.Very nice and friendly place to eat and I will be returning again.Sorry for the confusion.
