I had a really bad experience at this location and I would give it a zero-star review if I could. I ordered hashbrown rounds and had to wait for a really long time even though I was in a hurry to get to work. When I asked for ketchup, the lady at the window said they didn't have any. She was also very rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. When I finally got to my office and opened the bag, I found out that there were only three small and burnt hashbrown rounds inside. They looked really unappetizing and I couldn't eat them. I haven't been back to this location since then and I don't plan on going back in the future. If you do decide to go there, be prepared to wait, not get the correct condiments, be treated rudely by the staff, receive an incorrect serving size, and potentially get burnt food.

This is my husband's favorite dunking in Harrisonburg they always get his drink right. I had to take off one star because they charge me $1.79 for water! I get having a fee for the cup but $1.79!

Placed order and paid for 1 dozen glazed, 1 dozen strawberry sprinkled and 50 assorted donut holes for my daughters bday party. When I picked up there was 3strawberry, 5 glazed and 21 all plain donut holes (ALL STALE) but was not told and still charged full price. When I took back in the young lady was very rude and told me there was nothing should could do i had to go online and request a refund, therfore thats what i did... This was on 11/2/23, I am yet to hear back! Also purchased a white chocolate iced latte, was mostly water and had no cool whip or syrup as pictured. Nastiest and most unprofessional experience I have ever recieved anywhere! Not to mention it ruined my daughters donut cake for the birthday Party, if I was told earlier i could have went elsewhere, i even called an hour before I took the 40 minute drive to verify my order was ready and this was still not mentioned!

Donuts were not fresh. Same with donut holes. They seem to be thawed out. Drinks were good. Service was good. Many fruit flies in the lobby. The restroom was dirty. I would try a different location next time.

Asked for 2 iced coffee’s, got 2 cold brews instead, then told the woman and she acted like she understood and said she would bring them back correctly done, and she brought cold brews again. Then i ordered a custom drink and it was mostly cold foam when asked to just put it on top and no whipped cream. Like 95% of the drink was cold foam.Extremely disappointed with this location every time I go to this one.With their price’s you would think you would get the correct orders or your moneys worth at least.
