Had a meal at this IHOP and noticed a few concerns. Tables were wiped with the floor broom and did not even get disinfected after! Also, my cup had lipstick marks and the eggs in the omelets were raw and not well cooked. Another thing, there were tip discrepancies on my bank statement.

Employees have to much time on hand and standing around talking loudly and never seen waiters/ waitresses wearing toboggan on their head while waiting tables. What happened to neat,clean dress code and hair done.

Waitress was very attentive. No wait on drinks and food came out hot. Orange juice tasted gross and coffee was old buy food was good. Floors and tables could use a good cleaning but overall we would go back for the food.
Never even ate here before but waited for about 10 minutes to eat and the restaurant wasn’t busy. Everyone looked at me many times, a group of people walked in and they was helped right off the bat. I said “wow for real” and she claimed she didn’t see me lol. I haven’t ate since yesterday and that was un called for. Customer service sucks.
