Ordered via Door Dash while staying at the massanutten resort. Once my cookies arrived they were still moist as if they were freshly baked. I ordered the snicker doodles, sugar cookies and chocolate chip. All were delicious ?

I placed my order with DoorDash and they definitely fell short! They said my order had been delivered but it wasn’t!! I called the Insomnia cooke shop and the gentleman that answered the phone was very courteous and said he would contact doordash and make sure we got our order!! Which did they pit extra cookies in box!! We don’t have an insomnia cookies in our town?The next time we’re in this area we will definitely oder again!! Thank you so much for the delicious cookies and icecream and the above and beyond service!! Great job!!

Insomnia cookies in Harrisonburg, Virginia ALWAYS has the best cookies. If you're a chocolate lover, the double chocolate chunk is to die for! By far my favorite. Also Robert and the new lady (only her 2nd day!) Were awesome! They were polite, helpful in selecting some other cookie flavors to try and really seemed to take pride in their work and job. Greeted with a smile (very rare in any business nowadays) and it was greatly appreciated and refreshing to see!Don't forget a couple scoops of hand dipped ice cream to go along with your cookies. Yeah, as a chocolate lover, I'm going to recommend just good Ole plain chocolate. ?
