Older white guy with the beard just sits their while the orders pile up. He just watches the younger gentlemen scramble to make subs. I'm not sure if that guy is the owner or just another employee, but he shouldn't be working at this store...he has zero work ethic. Waited almost 30min for a sub....2 people ahead of me.

I ordered at 11:21 and got food @ 1:25 pm. Other at my same place of work ordered same time and got their food in 20 minutes. I called twice to check on my order and was just apologized to and told it is on its way. I feel I should not have had to pay for order at all.

Instead of the store changing their hours on DD or UE they instead chose to be lazy and just cancel the order when it comes through(which still charges your card and then you have to wait for a refund). Its cool plenty of other places to order from now on.

Ugh...I was so disappointed with this Jimmy John's experience. We visited after a long travel day and specifically selected Jimmy John's for their quick approach. We ordered 3 sandwiches and did not receive our order until 25 minutes later because they were working on a few delivery orders. It was the first time I experienced JJ's NOT being "freaky fast." When I finally got to bite into my sandwich, I was even more disappointed to realize they short changed me on the avocado spread (see photo). Although I would typically recommend JJ's....buyer be ware at this location.

Super nice people in the restaurant! Made a menu recommendation based on what I wanted, and was like 1000x better service than the firehouse subs
The food was super good so this review isn't about the food, it's about the service. Each staff member was more interested in if one of their coworkers liked a blonde or brunette. There was a line nearly out the door and it simply took too long to take orders and way too long to fill the orders. But I am glad I got to hear the story about the gentleman's love life. I think this location could be hard to hire because of the university.

I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because i order about once a week or once every 2 weeks and usually its fine and super fast. However every time i order for my boss, her sandwich is totally wrong. About 1 out of 4 times, there is something wrong with my order. i order sweet tea, i get unsweet. I order bbq chips, i get some other chips. I'll ask for napkins and get none. Just a little more attention to detail is all that is needed. Please tell your employees that extra mayo means EXTRA mayo not a tiny swath of mayo you can barely see or taste.

Told me they only had wheat bread. Ok that's fine. Well I guess they literally meant wheat bread because there was no sub rolls in the entire store. Jimmy John's with no subs....
