I've been to this chain less than 5 times, still getting used to the brand. I saw 5 employees and I was the only customer in the store, so I mistakenly expected excellent attentive service. Nobody greeted me or acknowledged me for 3-4 minutes after I walked up to order. Asked for the giant sandwich to be cut into 4 pieces, they said no problem but then realized it was cut into only 2. And I was surprised/amused to see that with all the fancy toppings available on the money, yellow mustard, one of the most common condiments, cannot be added to the sandwich by them. Avocado is totally fine, but mustard is crazy talk. They offer to give you packets of it if you are "extreme" enough to ask for it. I definitely prefer sandwich shops where I pay 100% of the money, and they make 100% of the sandwich for me.

Today September 12th, 2023 I got a #9. I also got their bow tie pasta and potato salad as sides. The use by date on the pasta salad said 8/13. That should not still be in rotation to sell to customers. Threw both away.

Jimmy John's food is consistent, and it was good this time. The female server was not pleasant at all. It seemed like I was supposed to make sure she was satisfied by me coming to order a sandwich at their shop. Terrible service and very unpleasant person working behind the counter. You can try next time by "Hi, how can I help you" I will make sure to skip this one next time.
Ordered the number 9 sandwich with cherry peppers and no tomatoes, it was definitely good well prepared and the wait was not bad at all, employees were hard working and very nice, plenty of parking and not too busy, they also have delivery and order on online app for faster pickup.
